Reading that Che Adams is off to Italy. Hallelujah!

MVRed

1.) 22 Jul 2024 09:32:41
Thank God for that…. ??????.

2.) 22 Jul 2024 23:52:37
Ienacho then?

3.) 24 Jul 2024 12:41:44
Some agent reported that Forest and Ipswich are talking to Iheanacho's agents.

A lot on here are saying he's no good, possibly because he didn't have a good season last year. The only point I'd make on that is that his scoring and assists record in the Prem is better than any player on Forest's books.

4.) 26 Jul 2024 10:46:47
I don't mind Iheanacho tbh. I thought he looked lazy at city. He started working hard at Leicester and I reckon he would be a good signing. Don't know what other prem hardened strikers are out there.

5.) 28 Jul 2024 22:59:41
Ieanacho off to Saville another bullet dodged?
Doubt they where ever on the list
Just paper talk.

6.) 02 Aug 2024 16:15:07
Wasnt keen on Adams or Iheanacho but we do need another striker with Awoniyi still to feature pre season and Wood definitely in his veteran stage.

26 Jan 2024 12:32:04
Everyone loves a conspiracy theory, so here's one. Nothing wrong with MGW, not playing so he doesn't get injured because he's being sold next week. Forest just need to find a replacement first. No evidence of this, just a thought.

Mv
Anything is possible in football
The question Gordon me is
How much?
He's not scored or asisted the goals I thought he would, so to ne I'd do a deal at a very good price
Johnson? One goal so far?
Every player has his price.

2.) 27 Jan 2024 08:59:33
MGW played last night not going anywhere this transfer window.

3.) 27 Jan 2024 09:03:07
MGW played last night not going anywhere this transfer window.

4.) 28 Jan 2024 22:14:16
MGW will go in the summer. Not until then, though. NO WAY!

04 Apr 2023 17:03:06
Apologies, a bit late today but I've been leaked 2 teams for tonights game. The most trusted has the team the same as Saturday.

MVRed

1.) 04 Apr 2023 18:55:37
ha ha, I literally just come on to see what team you would have posted:) No one needs an apology fella, your doing a great job.

01 Apr 2023 12:11:15
Leaked team, Navas Nico Felipe Niakate Toff. Mangala Frueler Danilo. MGW Johnson Dennis.

MVRed

1.) 01 Apr 2023 12:38:57
Heard the exact same mv.

2.) 01 Apr 2023 13:31:10
I’m okay with that lads with the players we have available.

3.) 01 Apr 2023 13:37:15
Worrells brother leaking again. Fine upstanding chap from Hucknall ?.

4.) 01 Apr 2023 14:29:58
Toff for Lodi, not sure about that one.

5.) 03 Apr 2023 15:27:43
If you were true Forest fans there is no way you would leek team news on this forum 3 hours before kick off. Might as well email the team to the opposing manager so that he can confirm/ change his own teams team or set-up.

17 Mar 2023 14:51:17
Team news leak, Navas, Aurier, Felipe, Niakhate, Lodi. Shelvey, Yates, Johno, MGW, Dennis, Ayew. As usual we'll have to wait and see.

MVRed

1.) 17 Mar 2023 15:28:12
Leaked a bit earlier than normal, I'm a bit sceptical, a bit adventurous for SC.

2.) 17 Mar 2023 17:36:18
Full of it.

3.) 18 Mar 2023 10:14:30
Spot on wasn't it Sir Bri?

4.) 18 Mar 2023 12:27:15
It was Ginger. I stand corrected. Apologies.

5.) 19 Mar 2023 11:22:40
No worries, to be fair, I MV has been correct for the last 5 I think.

Half time and fed up. I've decided VP is clueless. Our leading scorer is shoved out wide left and our centre half has obviously been told to play it long. Terrible tactics. Hopefully we win 2nd half and I have to eat me words.

On the train, in the pub, it's all a bit doom and gloom. Let's hope we're all wrong. I hear the same question, 'who's going to score'. I don't care if Sels comes up and scores from a corner, we need to win!

Opinions please on our new Italian stallion. To me, a major disappointment, no fight, can't keep the ball or lay it off and definitely no goal threat. His stats from Thursday night was as good as mine would of been. I'm old enough to have seen Andrei Silenzi, our previous Italian centre forward.

He was terrible goal wise, but at least he put in a shift in. Jesus has had a lot of stick on here recently but he gives his all and brings other players into the game.

1.) 28 Feb 2026 01:38:21
Lucca = Un flop enorme, il piu alto che si possa immaginare (Huge flop, as tall as they come). Il tipo di giocatore che Dyche voleva e che insisteva per portare dentro (The sort of player Dyche wanted and insisted on bringing in). Enough said. ?

2.) 28 Feb 2026 10:07:14
I'm sure he will be OK when he leaves us, same as most ex-players.

3.) 28 Feb 2026 10:08:19
It's a difficult one. You look at his 14 goals and you see a clinical, positive striker. He scores a great goal against Leeds. Are we playing to his strengths? One thing for sure, effort is a given at any level.

I have not seen much of him, as I don't have tnt. I still think we dither too long in wide positions and should get the crosses in early, like Hutchinson did at Leeds. We might see a different player.

4.) 28 Feb 2026 10:53:01
RedRobin, mate, Spazzatura (rubbish). Nothing more than a cheap shot at Dyche and totally untrue. Lucca is no more the "sort of player Dyche wanted and insisted on bringing in" than, say, Pep wanting Harland at Man City, or Arteta wanting Havertz or Gyokeres at Arsenal, or Solanke at Spurs, or Glasner wanting Larson at Palace. Every Premiership team has a big striker (obviously of variable quality).

As for Dyche "insisting" on anything recruitment wise is clearly absolute tosh. The real problem is that when our, no doubt, well remunerated recruitment team sat down at the start of the summer transfer window this season, no one said, "Hang on folks, Woody did a fantastic job last season with his 20 plus goals but he's 34 now, in the twilight of his career and might pick up a few injuries and his body start to creak.

Also, Taiwo picked up a life threatening injury and might never come back as he was. So, let's start looking at a quality centre forward replacement"? Doh! Instead they spaff millions on a large number of sub standard players in other positions. That's a major reason we are where we are. Lucca was a panic loan at the end of January as it became (belatedly) apparent that Woody would be out for a long time.

Never played in the Prem. It's early days and we all remember the infamous "Plankov" Wood comments on here. However, it's obvious that the ridiculous cheap Wood is "il miglior fabbro" (the better craftsman).

5.) 28 Feb 2026 11:18:13
Colpo basso? Datevi una calmata, amanti dei dinosauri. ??

6.) 28 Feb 2026 11:24:52
As I said, he'll be fine when he leaves us. This is just a well paid waste of time in his footballing career. Don't worry about him. Ndoye will be the same, maybe even McAtee. It's just a blip in their time as a top footballer.

7.) 28 Feb 2026 15:59:07
Are we still getting essays about Dyche? ?? Lucca? A Dyche signing? None of you know. Why pretend you do?

8.) 28 Feb 2026 15:59:54
I'll save people writing essays. All you need to know about Dyche is summed up in my profile picture.

9.) 28 Feb 2026 17:11:41
Exactly Cyclist, Dyche wanted a lump up top for our fly half to target. Obviously, had input in signing a player who is nine feet tall. No cheap shoots, just a boring old piglet defending his messiah. ??... ?

10.) 28 Feb 2026 18:30:57
"Fly half." ??? You clearly know as little about rugby as you do about football. Do yourself a favour, mate. Dig out some footage of Pulis's Stoke City or Crazy Gang Wimbledon, then you will see what lump it, route one football looks like.

You are just looking foolish in the eyes of people on here who watch Forest week in, week out... Mindless mantras and propaganda to gain attention, I'm guessing?

11.) 28 Feb 2026 18:31:50
Not only rubbish Red but tedious rubbish mate. " Lump it" .???????? we haven't been a lump it team since Hughton mate. I'm losing the will to live reading some of your posts .

12.) 28 Feb 2026 18:50:00
Lol, you have been figured out. You write demeaning posts about people who don't agree with, usually in the form of long winded copy and paste quotes from dead poets and writers.
Who are these football experts who think Dyche played good football? You, yourself and boss eyed Karen from customer services in Aldi?

I know what a fly half does lol, i also used to play football at a decent level which i doubt you did seeing as Dyche is your messiah.

I would imagine you were the kid that never got picked and sulked taking your ball home. Those kind of people become referees or Coppers. They also try really hard to get attention by baffling the masses with bull. Just take a look back at 95% of those previous posts of yours.
I rest my case ???

13.) 28 Feb 2026 21:46:55
Wow! An absolute tsunami of assumptions and abuse there, Red. I think it's a sure sign that you've lost the argument when you have to resort to personal insults, my friend. It's hard to know where to start, but I'll try. Firstly, fly halves don't lump the ball up to a big guy "up top" in rugby league or union. That would be offside (or a forward pass). Secondly, I don't know what you mean by playing a decent standard of football. Personally, I was University of Wales captain, played at semi pro level in Wales and Notts, and had trials with Notts County alongside the likes of Pedro Richards and Tristram Benjamin. I had, sadly for me, reached my level, and I didn't get a contract.

But I played for Notts Police. I did play for Hucknall Town, Bulwell Town and Bulwell Forest Villa, but shift work meant I had to give it up. That's life, eh! I never sulked, and I've never reffed a game, and I always got picked at school and amateur level because I was reasonably good. As for only boss-eyed Karen from Aldi as my only supporter, you've clearly forgotten, conveniently perhaps, the "Dycheball" poll the Ed kindly conducted on my behalf on here, which showed I was overwhelmingly right about our style of play. Looks like you've made yourself look foolish (and ignorant) again, doesn't it?

14.) 28 Feb 2026 22:34:11
Long winded bull ☝️ what a surprise. Well done on totally breaking down my post and explaining it so in depth. I like many here now feel educated by the wealth of wisdom you possess.

Bravo on being able to kick a ball but most refs and dirty coppers can to. I know this personally after playing Devon and Cornwall police several times. Filthy side.
I'm not going to go down the route of dropping names and looking for kudos and likes, no point, but let's just say you played for some terrible sides, ? semi pro my hairy backside.

And I'd like to add everyone and their dog claim to have had trails. Who says i'm making myself look stupid? Oh just you! Typical copper, now judge and jury, Goodnight Captain Horatio Pugwash. ?

15.) 01 Mar 2026 10:24:42
I wasn't going to bother replying Red but whenever you come out with such wild assumptions and untruths I will call it out. So, on the basis of a few games against Devon and Cornwall Police, you've decided what a typical cop is like have you? Perhaps you could educate everyone as to what a typical bus driver or gas fitter is like too?

You don't know what teams I played for, apart from the local non Welsh ones. I certainly got a bit of pocket money and travelling expenses, in cash. I'm not talking about £50 grand a week. In most people's books that would count as semi pro wouldn't it?

You said " everyone and their dog had trials"? Which professional team was your trial with mate and how did you get on?

On a lighter note, I had to laugh at your sign off personal insult addressed to " Captain Horatio Pugwash" ???Having had 30 years of virulent verbal abuse in the course of my job, I must say that your playground effort was the sort of thing my 5 year old grandson would come up with when he's being cheeky.

I don't know what you are like as a man, ( as someone said on here it's a football banter website not a dating app) and I refuse to fish out personal insults, but on the basis of your posts you come across as an angry, ignorant person.

Anyway, big day today and I've got more important things to do. I suggest we just agree to disagree and scroll past each other's posts .

Back from my sunshine break to find us with another new manager. This decision is a bit of a gamble. Not really a fan of Dyche but will Pereia get us the points we need. I've been told our displays against Palace, Leeds and Wolves were very poor. Tactically limited with some even questioning effort.

Two points gained when I thought 5-7 points were possible. I honestly think it's 50/ 50 whether we're relegated, i keep asking myself if not us who will it be. So, I'll ask others on here, if not Forest who's going down?

MVRed

1.) 14 Feb 2026 05:33:10
Huge gamble MV, it really is. No matter which side your on of the Dyche debate he was, points wise, doing enough to keep us up. However as you say the last three results have been hugely disappointing. Big M has rolled the dice. I for one hated Dycheball but will say it was hardly his fault we couldn’t score from 35 chances against Leeds. The players have to take some responsibility here.

We need to give the new man a chance but I think, almost ridiculously, he has a three game window. If he starts off on a losing streak he’s toast with the fans. We are in a sad state and given the form of Leeds and Weat Ham I honestly think we are favourites for the third relegation spot after Burnley and wolves. Hope I’m wrong but it’s desperate times.

2.) 14 Feb 2026 08:59:33
35 shots were against Wolves not Leeds

Wolves Burnley and Spurs will go down

Our results and performances will pick up with Pereira.

3.) 14 Feb 2026 09:07:30
He is a ex manager of a Mr M club so knows the score do well and maybe gets a bit longer does crap and a nice pay day what more motivation do you need get in there dip ya bread Vitor ? ? ?.

4.) 14 Feb 2026 09:26:32
Welcome back to the madhouse that is Nottingham Forest MV
Just to clarify, Dyche didn’t stupidly get himself sent off against Palace leaving us with 10 men for 50 minutes and he didn’t miss one of those 35 shots against Wolves mate. Plus non of our misfiring but expensive squad were recruited by him.

5.) 14 Feb 2026 11:30:14
Stokey, Dyche did pick that piss poor line up for Leeds game though
Hes gone like i kept telling you and good riddance.

6.) 14 Feb 2026 13:07:28
It was always on the cards with our buffoon of an owner DTP, I was advocating stability and time. I’ll just repeat ( again) Dyche got 22 points from 18 games ( nearly half a season). Comfortable mid table form.

7.) 14 Feb 2026 13:15:40
That Leeds debacle was his one defeat in 6 games. The same week as he was nominated for Manger of the Month. What more can I say?
It was hardly unexpected. Our glorious leader sacked our two most successful managers in recent times SC and Nuno and I’m reading that he sacked Perreira after he’d won the Greek double, league and cup.

I hope for the best but fear for the worst. I think it’s a calamitous decision but I hope I’m wrong.
Done in a cack handed and disrespectful way as well.
Meanwhile, it’s gone and I’ll give my whole hearted support to the new guy. COYR.

8.) 14 Feb 2026 14:08:33
Its a massive gamble and hopefully it pays off. The last 3 matches have been incredibly poor. Tactically inept and players not looking interested. It should've been 7 points as a minimum and we would've been looking safe-ish. But we only got 2 and looking like we could steal the 3rd drop position.

9.) 14 Feb 2026 23:35:32
So now you've changed your tune, Stokey, on the owner, always coming from you.

31 Jan 2026 17:47:40
Currently slumming it in the carribean, a 60th birthday bash, and catching up on recent events. I see i missed a 4-0 on Thursday and McAtee played well. Wonders will never cease! Hopefully a positive result tomorrow, it might take me two days to find out the score with the dodgy WiFi over here.

Taiwo will always be held in high esteem, due to his efforts in our first season back in the prem. If he does leave, I'll always remember his goal against Arsenal that comfired prem survival. He's still a handful, when fully fit, but offers little goal threat.

The commentator on MotD was Jonathan Pearce. My least favourite of an average bunch. When he's on, I turn the sound down. Instead of just explaining what's happening, he has to tell you what he thinks in an irritating, over the top voice.

He definitely should start for the national team. I do think that, since he became an international, he tries to do too much in a Forest shirt. I often wish he'd release the ball a bit earlier, as he did when he first joined us.

Both teams played squad players last night. Their players wanted it, most of ours didn't. The only squad player who impressed was Cunha, who I can't believe got roasted on here by Rhr. As we all know by now, our first eleven are a match for anyone. Having to play them every game isn't ideal for prem survival, though.

Have to laugh when players' loyalties are being questioned. In present-day football, in fact football since the Sky era, there is no loyalty at all. Only one thing matters: money!
