Been saying 5 at the back for weeks Pineapple mate! Still an attacking ( or counter attacking) set up if you have a look at my earlier post. Obviously Mr Nuno favours 4231 rather than 5131 but it’s interchangeable depending on the qualities and weaknesses of the opposition. I’d say 5 at the back for Liverpool even in a home game but with an attacking or counter attacking mindset ( and no left field selections like Niakhate at left back please! ).

If you're going to make the change of coach, for me, it's ALWAYS best to do it after the last game of the season. Coaching and team building take time. It's the road we could do without going down repeatedly. Look what happened to us before. ?.

I highly disagree with that comment. He won the league in Saudi didn't and a cup and had wolves top half every year. Didn't get enough time at Tottenham to make an impact so don't quite understand where the mistrust is coming from. How did cooper have 2 seasons? he kept us up in his first season in prem and was sacked about a third of the way into his second, when we were 4 points clear of the bottom 3 just like we are now, so nothing has improved for his sacking, which is surely the point of changing managers.

Morning Pineapple it’s an interesting question mate. My daughter is a sports physio and has worked with Forest and Leicester Academy, England netball and England Womens Rugby.
Injuries can’t be stopped ( obviously if an opponent kicks you up in the air and breaks your leg there’s not much a physio can do) but you can minimise risk by having bespoke regimes and injury management for individual players.
This can involves specialist training programmes to strengthen problem areas, limiting the workload in training and actual matches and even modifying players running actions or stride patterns.
Rest and recovery are important, particularly with players like Felipe and Anoniyi who have been out a long time.
Its all about risk management and constant analysis in top class athletes.
