Sean's first Premier game as coach for Forest a 3-1 win, I'd imagine very little input from the coaching team. Then the coaching team having a few months with the players getting there ideas across, and we are going backwards, and the drop in form from Anderson is telling.
Our players have come from teams with progressive training regimes Sean and his coach's are stuck in the "Hard yards" mentality, if you don't come of the training ground covered in sweat, you don't get picked ex: Hutchinson.

I've said before we're all Forest managers when thing's aren't going well and we all have different ideas and someone needs sacking usually and of course if you don't go every match your not a true supporter I think some of you need to get a life.
