Just another thought if heckingbottom had usd his fist or a harder object, would he have been arrested? O yes it was only a ball.

With what happened last night there's more to the attack on Sharp that's evident. There's an investigation into brain damage in sport particularly to footballers heading the ball, it's a type of dementia an neurodegenerative disease . Continual head trauma damage happens to a lot of players. With this in mind the severe blow to Sharps head and neck could cause irreplaceable damage to his brain an d cavity, stitches are just superficial so a more vigorous check on Sharp should be carried out. I have a very personal interest in this and so does the PFA, FA, and the premiership.

2.) 18 May 2022 18:05:19
I can think of one coward who needs his head/ brain testing.

3.) 18 May 2022 18:18:30
Dream it’s an offence of Common Assault under Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. Trial by summary court ie Magistrates only 6 months maximum and/ or a fine not exceeding Level 5 ( don’t know how much that is in todays money) . Could be tried on indictment ie Judge and jury if exacerbated circumstances ie racially motivated or if Spence had sustained a stomach injury for example when it becomes ABH. The fact that it took place on a football pitch during the course of a game is irrelevant.

4.) 18 May 2022 22:42:52
Thanks for that stokey, nothing going to happen then.

5.) 19 May 2022 12:17:19
Probably not Dream as top level professional games tend to keep disciplinary matters “in house”. But it’s no different in legal terms to a Sunday pub team fracas. If the Police were called in to a disturbance there would undoubtedly be assault and affray charges being dished out.
Actually Feckingbottom has admitted assault saying he was trying to motivate his team and stop the opposition “taking the Mickey” and “running the game”. No legal excuse there whatsoever.

6.) 19 May 2022 12:26:14
In summary the law says, basically you should keep your hands to yourself unless it with consent (physical contact sport within the rules), accident or done with lawful intentions ie to pull someone from a burning building or making a lawful arrest for example.
As a footnote in the Police one of our duties in compiling a sudden death report for the Coronor. This included examination of the corpse for signs of violence and assault. We often got to the Mortuary after the Post Mortem had been done and we routinely put on the report that there were no marks or signs of violence despite the fact that when we viewed the body it was on a slab with the top of his skull sawed off and it’s contents lying beside him! 🤢🫣🤔.

What's all this crap coming from heckingbottoms mouth this morning about having to gee his team up by ramming the ball into Spences gut, the man's an idiot, and in my opinion should have received a red card, although he didn't cause any damage to Spence and I loved the way Spence just stud there laughing at him, that incident could have caused problems just like the absolute A HOLE did at the end of the game, and if his antics deserve a jail sentence and a ban for life from the game as it should then the EFL should be looking into the Heckingbottom incident as well, he must deserve a touch line ban for next season and probably a fine at least.

To many games in a short space of time dreamteam
To lose out on automatic promotion at the last hurdle would Kill most teams but we never give in.
To go to pens and still win it is awesome.

My brain nerves and voice have been damaged beyond recognition 😵‍💫 forest never do it the easy way but at least they’ve done it wow just wow……ok lads time to hire a minibus between us all for our day out at Wembley, let’s call it the jolly boys outing.
Right who’s up for it?

17 May 2022 10:05:26
Well tonight's the night fellow Forest fan's, I'm certain that it's going to be a fantastic game and a fantastic night for my club, we will win, but I would just like to ask us true Forest fans, that have waited a very long time for another night like this, PLEASE PLEASE, when we score tonight, and we will, don't show any emotions, don't celebrate in anyway because it upsets the S. U. management and players especially it seems ex Forest players 🤔😂 its embarrassing. Well feck all of them. We are Nottingham Forest and we'll celebrate on our own, come on U REDS .
Ps lads keep off the pitch after the game.
😉😉😉yerrrrrrr right o👍😂😂😂😂😂😂
Let's show these lads how proud we are of them, both tonight and at Wembley

Who’s the Johnson your on about then 79, the Johnson I’ve been watching has done great for Forest in his first full season, but as for getting better every game man, give it a rest, he’s been average at best over the last 8 games, gets a goal or a assist in a game I’ll admit, but also goes missing for long periods, and gets MotM in games on his blossoming reputation not for what he gives to Forest over 90 minutes, the lads done good, as for getting better every game, never.

Remember all of your best moments involving Forest from posts above, my favourite memories, sitting on my grandmother’s table watching 1959 cup final with the Tv rolling, grandad banging the top of the bloody thing, loving every game that I was aloud to go to after that while standing on a beer crate, then of course the all the BC and PT year’s fantastic memories, and again now, the last 9 months, marvellous, time in between not so much, but you can never take Forest out of the true supporters, hopefully another day to remember next Sunday 👍.

I won't argue with most of what you say rutland and understand totally were you are coming from, and that unfortunately. , the majority of us have to be protected in some way against what could happen , but the majority of fans on the pitch did not go on there to cause any trouble to anyone else, they went on to celebrate a-great win and achievement, because of one absolute Banker possibility a few more that I didn’t see everyone get’s tarred with the same brush . Its people human beings, mainly a minority, that ruin things for the rest, look what crazy man Putin is doing in Ukrainian the odd few EF everything up for the rest. But I’m afraid if I get another chance to be on that pitch then I’ll be there, and ok class me as a70+year old hooligan if you like, I’ll take that, I could be dead this time next year and never be able to go on again, I've waited 20odd years for this I’ll take my chances of being arrested 😉😉😉👍.

Rutland, sorry mate I don’t entirely agree with you on this one, fans have gone onto pitches for as long as I can remember, its always been part of having success, the problem is SOME fans, thankfully a minority can’t fecking behave themselves when getting on there. After a fantastic season many fans travelling miles to support there team and gaining success, surely emotions have to be shown and going on to the pitch to get closer to their heroes has always been part of that and I hope always will be, no matter what the EFL and health and safety’s rules are, if fans behaved themselves, there would be no need for any of this, as for a 3point deduction, do you really think that’s the answer 30 points wouldn’t stop a lot of people anyway, emotions mate emotions you just can’t stop it, I for one wouldn’t want to, peoples views differ mate this is just mine.
