Samu Aghehowa is a player heavily linked with the club, a 6ft 4in striker with immense strength and composure bagging 3 goals of 4 games for Porto the 21 year old is a strong candidate for that Dyche style of play.

Just seen West Ham are interested in Rio Avenues Clayton Fernandes Silva, may be worth scuppering that deal and try to get him ourselves seeing as Marinakis owns the club we should have a chance, so long as Mendes isn't his agent!.

Agree0

12 Dec 2025 15:48:04
Samu is a fantastic prospect who will go to one of Europe's big clubs unfortunately. Most likely a huge fee also, think he has a buyout in the range of €90 mill. Already a full Spain International. 🌳.

RUMOUR:

"According to the Daily Mail, Murillo is now open to a departure from Forest, but not until the summer.

It’s claimed that he’s considering his next steps, with Real Madrid and Chelsea seemingly the favourites to sign him.

Evangelos Marinakis will be standing firm though, with any accepted deal for Murillo likely to exceed the £55 million that Forest received for Anthony Elanga from Newcastle. "

Believable1

Likely to be at least double Elengas imo🌳.

From madriduniversal website:

In the aftermath of Eder Militao’s latest injury setback, the conversation around Real Madrid has shifted quickly from their disappointing 0–2 defeat to Celta Vigo to the club’s urgent need to reinforce their backline.

The Brazilian defender is expected to be sidelined for an estimated four months, a development that has forced the club’s recruitment strategy back into the spotlight and raised questions about how Los Blancos plan to go through the remainder of the season.

According to reports from AS, Real Madrid have now placed Nottingham Forest centre-back Murillo on their shortlist of defensive options.

10 Dec 2025 10:17:15
Should be £100M, no question.

Agree1

10 Dec 2025 20:04:00
If we get any more than £90M that is at least a 600% profit margin.

Agree0

10 Dec 2025 23:44:53
Seeing how we perform without Murillo, I wish he would stay but he will leave, so we should get what he's worth to Forest, 100 million+, and hope we can get another gem like him!.

03 Dec 2025 19:19:25
Murillo played left back, Hutchinson starting tonight, makes you wonder if Sean Dyche is looking on this site 🤔.

Believable2

04 Dec 2025 07:33:38
We told him he needed aerial presence in the box vs Wolves.

Agree2

04 Dec 2025 14:54:52
Just in case he does, Sean play Yates more from the start👍.

Agree2

04 Dec 2025 15:35:41
If I see him in the pub, I'll tell him people on here have been wanting Yates to start.

Agree1

05 Dec 2025 18:15:17
Cyclist and Mossy, if I thought Sean Dyche paid any attention at all to this site, I’d recommend he gets sectioned under the Mental Health Act. If he wasn’t mad when he started he certainly would be after a while ……😂😂😂😂😂🤪🤪.

Agree2

05 Dec 2025 22:04:11
He'd be fast asleep after one of your story's that's for sure stokey and wonder where his bedsheets have disappeared to 😁🤣🤣.

Sean, Sean WTF🤷🤦.

02 Dec 2025 22:59:41
Read a couple of rumors linking us with Stefan de Vrij, 33yr dutch CB at Inter and out of contact in the summer.
Does this mean Murillo is leaving come the close season? 100m plus would probably be enough. 🌳.

Believable3

03 Dec 2025 15:33:12
At that age Red it’s probably Boly’s replacement on the bench or Europa squad perhaps?

Agree0

03 Dec 2025 19:09:00
Dunno mate, I'd expect he's probably on fairly large wages, so bench warmer maybe, maybe not, who knows. 🌳.

RUMOUR: Awoniyi to Werder Bremen in January

"t’s claimed the two parties met earlier this week, and the Reds have decided to let him leave in January if there’s a ‘satisfactory offer’. There’s no mention of the fee needed to convince Sean Dyche’s side.

The frontman is also open to a move, and his preference is to continue in the Premier League. There’s been no signs of interest from England while Werder Bremen are keen on securing his services.

Werder Bremen manager Horst Steffen admires the Nottingham Forest player and aims to make him a key part of his attack if the two clubs can reach an agreement. "

Believable4

21 Nov 2025 20:15:28
Good luck to him if he goes, always gives his all for us and his goals back when we got promoted kept us up. Sadly i don't think he'll ever reach those heights again in the prem.
He did well at Union so knows the league and should settle well. 🌳.

Agree5

22 Nov 2025 00:45:19
Taiwo will always be held in high esteem, due to his efforts in our first season back in the prem. If he does leave, I'll always remember his goal against Arsenal that comfired prem survival. He's still a handful, when fully fit, but offers little goal threat.

Agree3

22 Nov 2025 10:59:14
The rumours seem to indicate that they are looking to farm out either Taiwo or Kalimuendo and try to bring in a striker in January. It's normally really expensive, so could be a loan.

If Wood and Taiwo stay fit, I'd loan Kalimuendo to get him minutes if they are bringing someone else in unless they can get a big enough fee for Taiwo to fund an upgrade.

Agree1

22 Nov 2025 11:21:31
If Awoniyi had have kept fit, he would have been a regular goal scorer for us, he was so unlucky with injuries, and after his dreadful clash with the post he was lucky to play again!. If he does leave hope he's successful where ever he ends up, but still might have a purple patch for us?, you never know.

Looks like we are interested in lames garner along with Newcastle and villa, Dyche a big fan.

Believable2

18 Nov 2025 13:58:04
I don't think the feelings mutual, Garner said some things about the style of play under Dyche, what wasn't complimentary!, still a bit harsh calling him "Lame". 🙂.

Agree3

20 Nov 2025 12:06:24
Maybe a short term contract as Sangare will probably be at Afcon. 🌳.

Agree2

20 Nov 2025 12:06:50
In January i meant to put. 🌳.

Agree1

20 Nov 2025 21:39:18
He's not for free in January and afcon starts in December, so wouldn't work.

Agree1

21 Nov 2025 09:58:29
I know that, minimal fee January though. 🌳.

Agree1

21 Nov 2025 20:11:53
So a minimal fee and a short contract?
Yes Garner will sign that all day long
Whats not to like about that deal? 🤣🤣🤣.

Agree2

21 Nov 2025 20:30:16
I wouldn't want to sign anyone with the first name "Lames" anyway DTP, you seem to be voicing your opinion loads lately, have you sent in your C. V. to big Mr M as a potential replacement for Edu?
Get a grip man, he's championship quality, had one decent season on loan with us way back when and since has done absolutely zero.

Stop living in the past 😴😴🌳.

Daniel Farke sacked today and Brendon Rodger's to replace him watch this space.

Believable2

28 Oct 2025 16:45:08
At the moment Leeds supporters are not stamping and shouting for Farke to be sacked, may change around January, maybe a few teams will be looking at him then?.

Agree2

30 Oct 2025 19:05:52
As far as I’m concerned he can Farke off! 😂😂😂.

Agree2

02 Nov 2025 01:32:06
No offence, but what does this have to do with us? Nothing, we have a manager now and as far as i'm concerned i'm happy with it. Its also fantastic seeing these guys on the sideline showing passion and devotion to our club.

P. S Dyche, Woan and Stone between have about as much hair on their heads as i have on my top lip, great confidence boost for middle aged supporters 🤣🤣🌳.

Agree2

14 Nov 2025 23:12:18
And he's still there.

Agree2

15 Nov 2025 07:12:54
That's the thing about putting a prediction in print, if it's right your Nostradamus, if wrong your Thomas Andrews 🤔.

Agree2

19 Nov 2025 17:14:50
This manager might win the Europa League yet. If we finish bottom half and don't do well in Europe, there might be a conversation to be had. If we get out of the bottom places, we'd be mad to keep swapping managers.

Dyche might not be to everyone's taste, but more instability could be a complete disaster. We have to get behind the mighty reds and hope this goes OK.

Agree0

26 Nov 2025 23:23:43
Agree with that RedCyclist, keep swapping coaches is downward spiral to the Championship, seems we have struck lucky with Sean Dyche at the moment, the players are a lot more together, hope it continues.

Rumour from Fabrizio Romano

@FabrizioRomano
🚨🌳 After talks in the last 24h, Roberto Mancini won’t become new Nottingham Forest manager at current stage.

Despite discussions and negotiations, Forest and Mancini have not reached an agreement.

Believable0

20 Oct 2025 05:45:00
He was never going to want a relegation battle anyway.

Manager rumours:

Spaletti has turned us down.

They have explored the possibility of bringing Brendan Roagers from Celtic. He is in last year of contract and talks have stalled.

They have also approached Mancini for talks and already held exploratory talks with Dyche.

Believable0

19 Oct 2025 14:26:00
My belief is the next manager will be Da Silva. What is 8 million compensation to Fulham as far as Forest’s fortunes are concerned. We won’t need to worry re worsening our financial viability, as Nuno got a quick job it saved us a few million at least.

Agree1

19 Oct 2025 17:12:47
Silva is the obvious choice as he has a history of working well with the Greekfather. The other names mentioned are above.

I'd go for Mancini or Rogers, esecially if Silva is too expensive and available for free at the end of the season if it doesn't work out with whoever is appointed. Only the club know whether the cost is important. All the main possibles are experienced in this league. Dyche is by far the least successful and most boring to watch.

Agree1

20 Oct 2025 00:48:32
We could end up with a complete left field appointment who no one's considered?, and why doesn't Marinakis cause this much drama at his other clubs?.

Agree1

18 Oct 2025 17:26:16
Mancini being touted?

Believable2

10 Oct 2025 13:44:08
Anderson to Man Utd in January. £55 million deal agreed. Player wants the move.

Believable1

10 Oct 2025 14:33:37
Plus 40 million at least if he moves on, now a full England International and cost us around the 35 mark. Can't see him leaving for united at least not the red ones. 🌳.

Agree4

11 Oct 2025 16:42:40
Man U would have to sell first due to PSR unless we're talking next summer from what I've heard about their finances.

I'd say he'd be more inclined to return to Newcastle if he wanted a move but I doubt they can afford it without selling before next summer either.

Anderson has done great out of moving to Forest. I'd say he's best getting regular Prem and European starts here if he wants to go to the World Cup.

Agree2

11 Oct 2025 19:20:20
Have a word with yourself, Anderson would command a figure close to 100million.

Agree4

16 Oct 2025 18:39:13
The word is £75m to Chelsea or Man City. Definitely not enough as he'll be worth £120m by next season after the World Cup etc.

Agree0

08 Oct 2025 20:12:24
Latest is Ange has gone and Rafa seen in Nottingham.

Believable1

09 Oct 2025 19:25:36
Yeah? funny that🤣🌳.

Agree1

09 Oct 2025 21:03:13
I thought Rafa has had heart problems in the past? The last thing you want as a Forest manager is a dodgy ticker……. 🤞🤞🤞.
