Apparently we are close to signing a right back from Sevilla.
1.) 20 Aug 2025 13:20:47
If Carmona comes from Seville it will knock on the head any deal for Matty Cash!.
2.) 20 Aug 2025 14:01:06
Fabrizio Romano:
?? EXCLUSIVE: Nottingham Forest are in advanced talks for José Angel Carmona from Sevilla.
Spanish right back new target for #NFFC with talks now underway.
3.) 21 Aug 2025 09:01:02
This deal makes more sense with what our recruitment team are looking for. As much as I would like to see matt cash back in a forest shirt, can't see villa letting him go at present, konsa is a better cb than rb and garcii injured. Also cash has regular spot and would be competing against aina who on his day is best rb in the league. So if we get the young Spanish rb he could cover aina and if get tsmikis on loan from Liverpool we have a really strong squad.
4.) 21 Aug 2025 11:29:31
We definitely need a FB at Matty Cash's level. He'd be Prem ready. The fact that he counts as a home-grown academy player (I think) is the big bonus, as he would be an extra player and we won't have to leave anyone else out of the squad.
However, the Carmona guy is probably European match ready, so still fits with what we need but may not adjust to the Prem as quickly.
We are now reaching the point where tough choices need to be made about who makes the squad.

Friday’s edition of Diario de Sevilla reports the 23-year-old is ‘very reluctant’ to join the Reds as his desire is to continue and succeed with the Andalusian club.
‘Is it ruled out? 100% not, but it’s complicated, ’ a source close to him told Diario de Sevilla.

We should have been 3 up after 15 minutes, then faded.
Luiz and Murrilo change the dynamic of the team. Pure Quality.
Biggest disapointment of the game was Ndoye. Just can't get going.
Kalimuendo put a good shift in.
Pathetic defending for their goal.
Before Jesus saved us.
(Sorry)

9 changes from Saturday.
Good to see Murrilo and Luiz back. let's hope they get through unscathed. Will need them over busy xmas spell. Plus Zinchenco.

You know what. On reflection i was thinking since we have been in the premier, what was a bigger win or statement than this.
My mind went blank.
I think December 1977
Man U 0 Forest 4
It's the only compareter I can think off.
If anyone can think of a better one. Enlighten me.
1.) 23 Nov 2025 07:13:31
No mate, that 0-4 was us sending out a Statement!
My Man United work mate told me to "F@#k Off" when I bid him good morning!
I hadn't even mentioned the match yet!
So I said "Ya know what Billy?
You'll saying the same when we play you at home mate!. and as Barry Davies said " Buried in your own back yard! "
He was absolutely fuming!
I couldn't have cared less!
Also when we hammered West Brom 1-4 Cyrille Regis, Batson, Cunningham, Moses in thst side, as we swept them aside, I actually decked a WBA fan who spat on my Forest badge, which was pinned to my blazer at School.
As I've said on here before, I was fed up with everyone supporting the Big Six, so it was either, City, Coventry (Yes! ) Or Forest, I liked the name, never even heard of Cloughie. and what a Journey since then!
Sooo glad I plumped for Forest!
Uuuu Redddss!

When I lived in Manchester, Man City was like my second team. My GF lived about 100yds from Maine Road. They were a different animal then with proper fans. Used to like that ground. Their new one was soulless by comparison.
I remember us playing them there in the league cup. What a game.

Sorry, it wasn't a cup match. Memory malfunction.
4.) 23 Nov 2025 10:58:19
I'd probably say the 2-1 win at Old Trafford when United was on a 18 month unbeaten home run.
5.) 23 Nov 2025 11:53:23
It was 3-3 by the way.
6.) 23 Nov 2025 12:40:24
Eds, can we have this:
Forest v Man City
22 Nov 2025 18:04:06
I enjoyed every minute of that.
Should have been 4. Absolutely no way was that hand ball by Jesus. Was right on his chest.
Murrilo awesome. Whole team played as a unit. Echoes of last season at our best.
Dyche seems like a good fit aye. Loved Woanie's passion leading to his yellow card.
Happy days are here agsin!
1.) 22 Nov 2025 18:35:17
Couldn't agree more mate!
2.) 22 Nov 2025 18:49:11
Totally agree with you 67, I was hoping for a point today, totally blown away with the performance. I think it's time for the dyche knockers to give it a rest, you know who you are and out of respect I'm not going to name you, after all this is a banter site we all should be getting behind the man. were not out of the relegation battle yet, come January and we should have a better picture of the situation.
Dyche and his team are a very underrated group and for the first time he's got a squad who for the first time in a few months are believing in him and have upped their game, just look at mgw a few weeks ago I'd have given him away, now he's coming back to his best. still a long way to go but now it's time to BELIEVE.
3.) 22 Nov 2025 18:49:33
Shows what they can do when they all turn up! Great result and great performance, keep it going boys! COYR.
4.) 22 Nov 2025 19:54:26
TBH I would gave been happy with a point today.
As they say "Life is full of pleasant suprises"
09 Nov 2025 16:33:36
Relief.
Must win game. Job done.
Don't think we played that well against a poor Leeds team. But that doesn't matter. We had to find a way to win today.
Hutchinson was the difference. Hope to see more of him in the upcoming fixtures.
1.) 09 Nov 2025 17:05:05
Like I said yesterday leeds are a poor side and we will soon be out the relegation zone with Leeds and Burnley dropping in.
31 Jul 2025 20:58:49
I remember the home game Stokey.
First half he was best player on the pitch. Gave our left back a torrid time. Who on the day, if my memory serves me right, was Moreno.
Think he would be a useful addition.
29 Jul 2025 22:41:06
He made some key contributions last season, that gained us points.
26 Jul 2025 23:15:49
Well, well well. Wonders will never cease.
I wonder what changed his mind.
Whatever. Great news.
We can sell him gfr 100 mill, next year now?.
20 Jul 2025 00:55:02
Thing is. We have been caught with our pants down here.
Gut feeling. We may keep him till January, unless we get an adequate replacement.
Looking at the interview with Aina after today's game, it doesn't seem to have affected the team spirit, which is my big fear.
Still feeling optimistic about next year and the missus says if we get Roma or Bologna away she's coming with me, although not to the game.
Chin up.
10 Jul 2025 17:14:31
Apparentley he has a 60 million release clause.
06 Dec 2025 16:03:51
CHO got to be a better option than Ndoye.
03 Dec 2025 22:03:15
Spot on.
A potential banana skin avoided.
All about the 3 points.
Anderson MOM again.
30 Nov 2025 15:35:11
Bit disapointed.
What does Hutchinson have to do to earn a start.
Murrillo a big miss.
29 Nov 2025 23:49:52
If only it was that simple.
CHO to Wood away at Wolves last season.
There is more thsn one way to skin a cat.
29 Nov 2025 14:44:54
Any win will do. Same goes for Wolves game.
