Long time to kill at the England camp, I bet they talk about what it's like at there clubs and MGW will be interested how man city is treating Anderson, might be some covert contact to MGW from other teams players?, hope MGW comes back injury free and fully committed for the Palace game, and his form doesn't suffer like after the Spurs debacle.

We do have an attacking WB on the books. Cuiabano's loan ends in January. Will they bring him back, bring in a keeper and a CB if the backup looks shaky?

I've never seen him play either Cyclist. Not even in pre season I think. How old is he? One for the future perhaps. I dont know anything about him tbh.

He might get to know Yates and Sels better I suppose.

So, are we living the Glasner dream or Glasner disaster? Six games played, a draw against Liverpool and a good second half performance vs Villa. That's all we have to go on, are we more solid at the back?, debatable, are we scoring more? definitely not. Diomande, Austrian Lager, Munoz and Delap all look like good signings. But once again bringing them in so late in the window looks like they'll still need more time to settle.
One interesting point is Mr M, he went in for Glasner personally, allowing him to shape the squad. Will the big man get impatient and pull the trigger if things don't begin to improve after the break? With a squad now set up for three at the back, who could replace Glasner and get instant results? VP?(by the way i was always behind VP as im behind Glasner, blind faith my friends).
All i want from the side is more consistently, nothing amazing, a safe mid table season, something to actually build apon. Get Delap firing and keeping his position, down the middle, stop his over eagerness to impress, chasing balls down the flanks, we have Jesus who can do that. If we're sticking to three at the back, okay simples, two holders, Sangare and Austrian Lager, then a free floating number ten, MGW and McAtee are more than capable and have good energy to cover the pitch. Leaving Delap to play alongside Jesus, sell Ndoye and CHO if they won't be used and buy a decent mobile holder to replace Sangare.
At least thats what i would do. 🌳.

Saw them in Birmingham 2015 RRH.
Absolutely brilliant. Lyndsey Cunningham did an absolutely visceral and angry acoustic version of " Big Love” which will stay with me forever. I've never seen a guitar treated so violently since the days of Jimmi Hendrix.
Unfortunately I also remember some after show action when I had to administer some instant justice to a retard who deliberately barged into my wife but that's another story.

Agreed Bse. Not helped by Tommy Turtle ( not for the first time) mentioning that MGW plays for a relegation threatened team. He clearly likes to select from the "big” teams predominantly. His remarks will not be lost on Morgan and his agent.

Also, I read somewhere that only Gross At Brighton has created more chances in the Premier League than MGW. 15 to 14.

1. Liam Delap will score 20 goals
2. Jair Cunha will replace Milenkovic as starting CB alongside Diamonde and Murrilo because of his extra pace
3. James McAtee will be nailed on as our starting number 8 and have a great season.

Agree with that, can see Glasner making difficult decisions on players and Milenkovic, Sangare, Wood and unfortunately Yates who might think he's just being picked as "token' home grown player to keep our record going.

I agree with that Munmad. Cunha is nailed on starter atm. Murillo has more to give and is not operating at full fitness. It will be interesting to see how Diomande does now that Milenkovic is out for tomorrow and perhaps beyond.
Mossy, I agree about Wood and have said since his injury lay off that he's in the twilight of his career. Early signs Delap as his replacement are encouraging.
I reckon Wood will be kept only until a back up target man for Delap is signed, perhaps in January.
Yates and Sanghere should stay, both excellent back to Schlager who holds the holding midfield spot deservedly atm. But, the Austrian has had injury problems and it's a position that attracts bookings and sustains.

Stokey, I think Yates would want to stay for sure but not getting regular game time might force his hand?, the thing I like about Glasner is he came to Forest and didn't try to win over the support by mentioning our past, in fact to para-phase, he said he had joined a team that was fighting regulation, Glasner will make decisions that upset people, but for the good of the team,.

Manchester City have a buy-back clause for McAtee, "believed to be in the region of £65m".
If he has a Stella season, you can (ehem) expect to see him going back to City and there is nothing we can do to to stop him.

We could still get Dodo on a free transfer. His contract with Fiorentina ends in 2027, so he can be signed for free in January.
We are still looking to buy Corinthians star youngster, midfielder Andre (age 189) who would be able to join in January.
Speaking of midfielders, "Nottingham Forest midfielder Ibrahim Sangare is being considered by Besiktas as an alternative to Rangers star Nicolas Raskin, who they failed to sign during the summer transfer window."
