If your happy seeing a man cause such disruption to a club that was at last on the up after so many lean years that’s your prerogative.
One of the respected radio Nottm commentators has said the the atmosphere at the club suddenly turned toxic over the summer.


The evidence is there to be seen on the pitch.
I, ve see the club go down this route several times over the years and the result has aways been the same relegation.

What disruption has Edu caused?

Nuno has signed a deal and then deliberately overplayed his hand and walked off with the money at his last three clubs now (four if you count Wolves). That is a Nuno thing and his job isn't to choose who Marinakis hires when he's getting millions to coach the team.

What other disruption has Edu caused. I'm not saying he has or hasn't, I want to know what you can actually say he has done personally that has caused disruption.

You can't blame Edu for Nuno leaving, nor can you blame him for the Ange appointment, as that was Marinakis.

So is Dyche a disruptive influence? Syrianos and Edu appointed Dyche.

Or is it something else?

As for the signings, it isn't one person behind them anyway. Some are throught Edu contacts like Luiz and Hutchinson (who both look good), but others are based on Forest's in club team and MArinakis Textor connections.

Back in the day when you listened to radio, I listened to Steve Wright and Chris Ashley, when I saw there faces it was a shock, voice and face didn't match. Hiw many champagne games did you watch under nuno?
I know how many balloons it was 28 over nearly two seasons and his first season was a bit dire if your honest with not many wins and just avoiding relegation
Thing is we couldn't have a tight knit squad and compete in the premier, league Cup, FA cup and europe, so a lot of players had to be bought in and because Palace fought till the end, it was all a bit rushed
We are a selling club still so have to buy young up and coming players with a sell on value, so nuno was never going to get traore.
What more can you ask of a new coach than to win 50% of his opening games and have to cope without half his squad
Give him a chance, I didn't like Saturdays performance one bit, but really enjoyed watching us beat Liverpool, Leeds and porto
Right now it's about points more than the football
I said last week that that was our worst performance of the season, but I'd forgot the west ham at home performance which was dire aswell
I doubt Dyche is a long term plan, but we won't sack another coach this season
We miss murillo and ainas pace at the back and right now it'd hard for Dyche to rotate much with so many injuries, anyway ill be there Sunday no matter what, you reds.

A great player at striker is Ange-Yoan Bonny as he is a young 6ft 2in striker and appears to fit our system, just needs to adapt to the league and might be expensive so we would need to sell.

My brother in Australia gets up early the day after matches, to watch the Reds - he agrees that SD needs time! He also agrees that Ndoy, Morata and Sangare need to be moved on! My brother took me to my first game, I was about 8 - we lost 0-1 to Oxford United, Alan Whittle scored wearing white football boots!

It, s time for some straight talking on here, all our current troubles go back to when Edu was linked with the club, people making excuses on here must sure realise this.
Up till then we were beginning to once again be taken seriously in football but it’s been down hill all the way since.
Why would he be bought in to completely rock the boat, a complete mystery to me.


There seemed to be real harmony but now mayhem.
It’s time to get rid before its to late because we are in real danger.
Come the Jan. window he, ll be bring us more poor signings if allowed, then there is the risk of breaking spending rules again and a 4 point deduction would more or less do for us.

SD I hope will give a number of first team players a complete rest ie not take them even on the flight. The squad will cope. We are likely not to qualify automatically for Europe this season, so this competition is important.

However the Spurs match is equally so. This is a dilemma for SD. He cannot have more injuries occurring in important players such as Murillo.

RedCyclist stumble may be wrong word but thinking out of the box may be more apt, like when Burns an attacker but at centre half rest is history or Sutton sent "Up top" to cause problems ended up as SAS with Shearer as a great scoring partnership, Farke trying something different and so far it's working, Yates for sure would have played Thursday, know he's injured it's going to take some "thinking out of the box" to produce a compatible performance with one eye on the Spurs game!.

Another interesting post Ed. I have some sympathy with Salah’s “thrown under the bus “ interview. I've seen him against us and a few other games on TV and he seemed the brightest attacking spark, still sharp and with great pace. As you say, it’s Liverpool’s defence that is creaky, yet it’s Salah who is dropped.
Don’t get it but I’m not party to the off field politics. Perhaps Salah has engineered his final big post off in the Middle East but I think he still has a lot to offer in the Prem.

He wants to stay in Liverpool and play for Liverpool. His family are settled, his wife can't do her work in Arabia, she is a scientist. His eldest daughter, in particular, is happy and settled in school and does not want to move. His primary focus is his family, what is best for them is what he wants, so him finding out that Liverpool are trying to sell him without even informing him first, has angered him.

He is one of those players that just wants to focus on the game, which is why he gets so fed up on international duty as the Egyptian FA will turn up at his hotel room at all hours of the night with guests wanting to meet him. When he should be resting ahead of a game the following day, they will be waking him up to speak to a sponsor. Going to somewhere like the USA or Arabia would lead to that kind of thing happening all the time. He is an obsessive trainer, he wants a professional environment. So I am not sure what will happen now.

Personally I would shift out Slot, Hughes and Edwards for treating a club legend like this. But I would also reluctantly tell Salah that his outburst means his position is untenable too. It is just that he can't be alone in leaving now.}
