Tonight's performance resting quality players is the reason we should of spent in January on the 3 quality players we needed. If we had gone out and bought quality we would of been able to rest quality without weakening the side.

Samba in my ooinion is poor. Besides the fact that he is flatfooted and dreadful on crosses, he cannot communicate and has no organisational qualities. Falls the wrongvway on pens and has never got near saving one. Shocker in my opinion.

Well the forest team isn't going to be given a boost by supporters coming to cheer them on because we are in tier 3 which means no none diddly squat not one supporter will be in the stadium when people in tier 1 and 2 will be able to watch there club but we forest supporters will not be able to watch our team.
Nice of chris Houghton to agree with me on this. can't believe that nobody on here seems that bothered other than me we should protest to the government that this ain't right.

I support all mangers barring karanka and that was about his tantrums before he came here.
But being honest hughton doesn't stand a chance of success and neither does any other coach/ manager until policies change and the dof and a few others actually become accountable for ther inadequacies.
Flirted with promotion last season and marinakis read the riot act threw his toys out the pram threw his plates at the wall and bought the bigfest pile of s--t available.
Going to be a long road to recovery now unless some of the kids can come good and save is big ass.

Does my head in that fans who said when we were being linked to likes of
Taylor Arter colback Freeman ect. Get them signed quality players. This as been best transfer window ever. ect ect. Now there saying These same players are crap.
Most other teams would love our squad.
Yeh we are missing likes of worrell Grabbon
But things are beginning to click. Fitness levels are up. We always play better against top 6 sides. So let's wait and see guys.
With no fans in grounds yet. There's been some bizarre results in prem and championship and this will continue

See my comments below about confidence. If we beat Bournemouth tonight we will proobably have a decent pre-xmas run. They are good players without doubt.

I personally think we signed some very good players in the summer: McKenna, Taylor, Arter, Knockaert (still not fully up to speed), Colback (controversial but I think he’s solid, might not always play forward but he’s a steady player), Freeman (again not quite hit the form we wanted and expected but he’s still class) . Christie is hit and miss when he’s good he’s very good but when he’s having an off game it costs us.
Bachirou and Blackett were pointless signings. Cafu I haven’t seen enough of to judge so won’t.
Think we have a good squad but a mixture of confidence issues, the change of manager, the the virus situation have all contributed to having a poor season so far.
Under houghton I reckon things will start looking up, he needs January and summer transfers windows to get his ‘team’ together. As long as we stick with him I think he’ll get us up (hopefully next season)

It is a really strong squad and you can see things starting to come together. Some of the moves on Sat were excellent, just need a few goals to go with it now.

I use either Cafu, or Arter as a box to box midfielder which makes that six attacking players when going forward, and five defensive players without the ball.
