West Ham are apparently interested in Taiwo and we are lining up Brentfords Yoane Wissa to replace him. Thoughts? Wissa would be fantastic imo.
1.) 18 Jan 2025 09:13:48
If we can recoup the money for Taiwo then we should snap their hands off. We all like Taiwo, what's not to like about the big guy? but this is business and let's face it, he's made of glass and will never give us a full productive season.

Jesus guys, so many negative posts, 3rd in the league!, the players and manager have been unbelievable this season. What would you negative Karens rather? Battling to stay up or for Europe? I know which one i prefer.
1.) 16 Feb 2025 07:16:16
To right winter still 3rd in the premiership we will bounce back uredddddssssss ?.
2.) 16 Feb 2025 08:24:45
Spot on Winter, we lost a game, it certainly isn't the first time that's happened. I bet some of this lot were a joy to be around last season! They must have been running around with their heads on fire.
Third in the league, we're doomed I tell ya DOOMED!
3.) 16 Feb 2025 08:45:10
Can't help feeling that we should have really went for Evan Ferguson in the Transfer Window, we can't expect to rely on Wood for the rest of the season, and even if Awonyi wasn't injured, he's not an ample replacement. however we are still in a brilliant position, and we might just take points off Newcastle and Arsenal, from next month onwards there will be the usual unbelievable results during the run in, so who knows!
Enjoy the ride!
4.) 16 Feb 2025 09:50:39
wintertree some fans seem to have got ahead of themselves and their expectations have become unrealistic, if we finish top 10 which is almost certain, we’ve had a great season, plain fact is we are going to have plenty of days like yesterday while we are in this league, especially away from home, but the fact is probably another 17 points will get us some form of European football, maybe not champions league, but look how far we’ve come since last season, any for. Of European football would be an unbelievable achievement.
5.) 16 Feb 2025 10:12:57
To many short memories, wasn't that long ago we were bottom of the championship, sitting below the likes of Peterborough and Hull. Now look at the table, 3rd in the Premier. Above sides like Man City, Chelsea, Spurs and Utd. Enjoy the ride guys!
I'll share with you lot one of my worst footballing memories. 30th August 2004.Home Park watching us struggle vs a poor Argyle team, despite how poor we were Eion Jess had given us hope, a nice double from him. 94th min. Norris (Argyle) runs into the box and goes down like there's a sniper in the stands. Needless to say the penalty was smashed home. 3-2, 10 hours travelling back to the Scottish boarders literally tearful lol.
Point is after all the years of terrible football and management have a little faith guys. Big Mr M and Nuno are amazing and Mr M is one of the most ambitious owners in Europe.
Next time your having a moment of rage at a bit of bad defending or S**te marking, stop and think about how far we have come in such a short space of time.
6.) 16 Feb 2025 10:27:17
For the record winter, i hate that saying. Karen? It’s pathetic, so if you’re going to post on here stop using stupid phrases and write something that men understand. Thanks.
7.) 16 Feb 2025 11:21:50
Perko if you hate it I'll definitely be using it more?
Was trying to lighten the negativity here. Would you like the Crisis number because we lost a game? ??.
8.) 16 Feb 2025 11:22:58
For the record Perko, if you're going to post on here can you accept not everyone will post to your exact liking and refrain from being the blackboard monitor.
You're right about Karen though, it should have been Darrens.
:-)
9.) 16 Feb 2025 11:45:56
So let's get it right then winter?
We should only post positive posts?
We are bound to discuss incidents in matches like goals conceded ect or there is no point to this forum
I went to exeter onTuesday and got back at 5am and that wasn't a good watch just part of being a forest fan,
Think about it as constructive criticism
Fulham a good side with a good coach.
10.) 16 Feb 2025 12:21:58
Lol i think there's far to many touchy peps here.
11.) 16 Feb 2025 12:29:28
DTP yeah fair play mate, was just having a dig at someone ?.
12.) 16 Feb 2025 12:31:46
They are DTP but we made it too easy for them yesterday, seems like a deliberate ploy to make us play on a Tuesday night, since when do FA cup games get played on a Tuesday night. Then they wonder why teams ‘disrespect’ it.
13.) 16 Feb 2025 13:08:22
Perko I agree with you mate, hate all the social media terms, “Karen’s’ “ give your head a wobble” whataboutery’ etc, they’re pathetic and have no place on a football discussion board, we’ve never had it before on here. Hope it’s not going to start now,
14.) 16 Feb 2025 14:50:01
Whataboutery we give Karen’s head a good wobble Stevie! Sorry couldn’t resist it! I agree with you BTW!
15.) 16 Feb 2025 15:41:52
Bloody Karen's ???.
16.) 16 Feb 2025 16:34:33
Never even heard the term Karen's before tbh. But was the name of my ex who took me for everything made about £160 grand and still went to CSA ? all past. Life goes on.
17.) 16 Feb 2025 20:46:54
The Karens are a Burmese culture who fought on our side in WW2 against the Japanese with General Bill Slims forgotten army. We still betrayed them after the war and their magnificent service.
14 Feb 2025 22:53:59
"ooh suits you sir" lol first thing that came into my head seeing Mitomas first touch tonight. Absolute teckers?.
11 Feb 2025 23:04:21
Actually gutted for them, they didn't deserve to lose like that, pens are horrible and tbh i wasn't confident we'd beat em from the spot.
1.) 11 Feb 2025 23:29:06
Yes they deserved to win winter just hoping a run in fa cup doesn't faulter are chance of champions league position at least none of first team got injured.
2.) 11 Feb 2025 23:52:04
I was, when I noticed their goalie looked like a dwarf in the penalty box before a corner standing next to Boly.
He's 5"10 which is about average in normal terms. But, all we had to do was find the corners. And we did.
Fair play to Exeter, they played a blinder. But we didn't half help them with the two goals.
We usually average about 40% possesion. We had 78% tonight. That's
not our fourte.
Last 16 with a winnable game. We can do this. U REDS.
3.) 12 Feb 2025 01:03:08
With a 5"10 goalie we always had a chance.
Apart from MGW, all firm in the corners.
You know what, with our luck, might be our year.
Btw. Cloughie always put out his best team in every competition. Probably why he gathered so much silverware. Simplicity is genius.
11 Feb 2025 22:42:28
Curiosity killed the cat. Anyone here played at a decent level?
1.) 12 Feb 2025 00:09:56
Nottingham Boys, County Boys, England U19 Schools and semi-pro Winter Tree but I'm always being told I know nothing about football on here (sometimes) ?.
2.) 12 Feb 2025 02:05:12
Nice one, i played county and semi, RB, RW, sometimes FC.
3.) 12 Feb 2025 17:24:09
Semi pro Goalkeeper and pro coach for several years.
4.) 12 Feb 2025 18:42:11
The furthest I got was a trial with Notts County at 16 when I was firmly put in my place by big lads like Pedro Richards and Tristan Benjamin. They had all the dark arts even at that age. ’
I was University football captain and in the Welsh University Squad. I played in the semi pro Cardiganshire League but I was never paid.
11 Feb 2025 20:28:26
"Carlos use your hands, Carlos, Carlos use your hands" my new chant ???.
1.) 11 Feb 2025 20:51:13
"Jigsaaaaw! Jigsaaaaw! "
???.
2.) 11 Feb 2025 21:53:31
This one's for you stokey, A comedy of error's.
3.) 11 Feb 2025 22:27:25
Injuries, is the cup worth it. Gibbs White takes one in the grion, knocks all over the place. Watching this game seeing Forest playing a team full of adrenaline which is going into the tackles.
4.) 12 Feb 2025 10:55:05
Vale, mate, I’d prefer “Alls Well That Ends Well” and “Much Ado About Nothing” by the end
If we get to the Final it would be “ A Midsummer Nights Dream” for me! ????.
5.) 12 Feb 2025 15:08:23
Well it started with a tale of two cities, and ended with forest weathering the Tempest. Who would have thought forest and the bard what a connection.
6.) 12 Feb 2025 18:43:45
Excellent Vale! ??????.
7.) 12 Feb 2025 22:34:12
Not that excellent stokey, just remembered Dickens wrote a tale of two cities.
01 Feb 2025 01:26:44
Right now I'd take him over Taiwo and if Everton are serious about taking him off us its got to be win win.
18 Feb 2025 22:56:51
Lol. The same middle name?. Mind boggling?.
18 Feb 2025 20:57:12
What do Alexander the Great and Winnie the Pooh have in common?
18 Feb 2025 19:45:33
Personally I'd rather avoid the bight lights of Thursday night football unless we sign 11 players in the summer as we just don't have the depth in our squad but i'd like to think if we got into the champions league we would strengthen and add numbers in all departments.
17 Feb 2025 16:44:42
Completely agree with Targa and Stokey, Europe would be a massive bonus, would be interesting to know exactly what Nunos remit was for this season, i'm guessing avoid a relegation battle which we have already. Onwards and upwards COYR!
16 Feb 2025 15:41:52
Bloody Karen's ???.
