Am I the only one blaming edu and some ineffectual recruitment
We can’t blame the manager for the supposed talent on the pitch last night not being able to score
180 million and we were really relying on neco Williams probably our player of the season scoring with long range efforts.

Ironically Morato came closest with his header and goal mouth scramble.
No one wanted him but I think we should have stuck with Dyche until the end of the season. But here we are and let's hope everyone can get behind the new manager and he can sort it out.

Looking at a lot of teams on our level?, they are all having problems recruiting players, going to be a hard season with Afcom in December/ January where we could lose 4 players, so all things considered 7/ 8 position and a Cup win will be great!.

I'm not saying what I think until the transfer window closes.
We do have a better squad than last season at the moment though, so no need to be too pessimistic, unless you believe Nuno is a one-trick pony and teams have worked out how he plays.
If we can be a bit more flexible, we already have some good players. A couple more good signings and a couple of competent ones and this is a good squad. It's already two players stronger than last season as Elanga had been replaced by Ndoye and we have Cunha and Jesus now. Always depends on how new players settle.
I'd like to see Jair Cunha given a proper chance to play regularly. The way he took his goal in the World Club cup makes me wonder how lethal he will be at set-pieces.

I believe no matter what Forest do mgw will be leaving and whether he leaked the buy out clause will eventually make no difference
With a World Cup coming next year I believe he thinks playing for a bigger club will get him noticed more and more pressure for him to be in the squad.
I believe this will be his downfall as I don't believe he would play every game at Tottenham unless they sell Maddison, whereas at Forest if he's fit he would be playing every game and more likely to make squad than at a team playing only half the games.

He was picked playing for Reds last season so what's the problem? If Tuchel is telling non top six players to move then that's completely unfair. Happy to pick Henderson and Toney who play in Saudi.

Zinchenko comment about not defending is more down to style of play
I would say only 50% of the time he was in a defensive position
Ange has him swopping to inside position and attacking
I don’t think with ange the back four are ever going to sit and need to adjust to style of play.

I would be very shocked even if we get reaper and luiz that the manager would have them settled in and used to the way we want to play all in less than 2 weeks.
