Can't believe we are playing Murillo at left back again. We never seem to learn. Why isn't Netz in the squad for cover. He is actually a left back.

This probably won't be a popular post but.if we go down, I don't begrudge MGW one bit if he gets a move. The bloke is basically carrying us all the way through and he is literally trying to drag us through it.
Its all that we can ask. Probably the best player I've seen in a Forest shirt. Obviously hope we stay up and can hold onto him.

Totally agree mate, MGW, I wouldn't begrudge him at all... He's the heartbeat of our side... It will be a long time before we see the likes of him or Murillo again, the way Murillo sensed the danger, and guarded that goal line for how many times now is phenomenal.

As much as I want to agree with your post, MGW has put in a shift as of late, but where was he before Xmas? City then Spurs got to him, and as a result of that he went missing. Had he ignored all the paper talk and attention from the media, we might, just might, not be in the position we find ourselves in at the moment.
It wasn't just him, but he is the team captain, and the others look to him and needed a leader, not a shadow.

I agree with you, Red Sky. Look at MGW's passion in the huddle before each game, and that tells its own story. I believe he has been a great servant to Forest. I wish him well, whatever happens.

The real problem is the recruitment. Its set us back years. We wasted 200m last summer abd the drop off when we make subs is unreal. In Jan, we've signed even more players whi have zero impact. When we go down, the first team players will be sold and will leave us with the subs. Those left unfortunately aren't championship standard.

Right, there's no more time for excuses now by the players. Tonight's the time for the players to turn up. If its another insepid dire performance then i'm afraid the truth is that we've had 4 managers all with the same results. what's the common denominator? Could it be that all 4 are terrible.
Or could it maybe be that the players don't have the heart, work rate or aptitude to play in the Uefa cup / Premiership. The minimum standard expected is that you give your all and leave nothing left on the pitch. Please prove me wrong tonight, nothing would make me happier.

I hope the new manager sorts out our set pieces. Its bad that we can't put the ball in the box from a corner or a set pieces. Its criminal however though that in the 6 months +, its been happening that nobody has looked at it / remedied it / trained on it. We're supposed to be a professional club. League one teams perform better in that area.
We've seen how Arsenal have used set pieces to gain an edge. Here at Forest, we can't even beat the first man. Even podcasts like the football ramble have picked up on it and joke about it. If Perreira does one thing, I really really really hope he fixes that aspect of things.
