Fans need to be optimistic 2tone but how can we be if that clown Bong is our first choice left back? If I’d say he’s useless it would be paying him a complement! He’s the weak link in defence and where the opposition concentrate their attacks. Iannou gone, Ribiero gone, Blackett (not that good either) but gone. Bong should be gone and nowhere near the first team but is given a squad number. We need to get a proper left back in pronto! And i bet Grabnone will be captain again, ridiculous!

I agree Perko, it’s a disgrace and embarrassing that we pretty much can’t put a starting eleven together and then get rid of the only so called recognised or decent player in a position. But fans need to be realistic about who we can sign - who on earth would want to come and play for this shower of #$**. We again need to pay over the odds and try to bribe mercenaries to play for us - shambles.

Ok fair point to a degree but what about the completely pointless signings last season . Soh, bachirou, Cafu, Freeman, Christie, Iannou, Da Costa, Blackett and taylor . There is no doubt we will always be a selling club but that can’t be the mitigate the fair criticism of what is done with the money, would we need to sell if we stopped the mindless signings? Would we still have cash and Osborn if we’d not have signed carvalho? Saying we’re are a selling club whilst it’s accurate to a degree is not the addressing the all of the reasons why we are a selling club.
