Pearce has the dreaded meeting with fawaz tomorrow, for me I think we need to stick with Pearce, we were never going to win the fa cup anyway.
1.) Can well believe that , but trouble is now if Fawaz does let Pearce go who do we get next ? In the last week 10 days I would have said Tony Pulis but now he is off the market to me there are no stand out candidates just the usual names on the managers merrygoround ! No one that inspires me but the trouble is if we stick with Pearce and this carry's on we will be in league 1 .
2.) Simple. Keep Pearce. No obvious choice to replace him. Pearce needs time and a leader on the pitch. Look at Sam Aladyce this time last year and he's turned it around. Be patient.
3.) There may not be any outstanding or obvious candidates and the job isn't exactly an attractive one to anyone who has anything worth protecting on their CV but, if you stick with what you have, you know what you're going to get. It's fine to say "wait until the end of the season" or whatever but this is basically a salvage operation now.
4.) Difficult to call. For me Pearce needs more time and should be given the opportunity to turn things around. My concern is that Fawaz has had a couple of days to stew over things and may pull the trigger.
5.) Fawaz is in Kuwait until end of week and Pearce is in Nottingham so might be a bit difficult to met today

Lansbury is off injured after collision with player, apparently out until Christmas now, do I hear the dorrans rumours coming to the fore again. Gutted!!
1.) It only happend about an hour ago! Too early to panic! If it's true at least it will put off anyone trying to sign him!
2.) Bad news that he came off injured but where on earth do you get christmas info from this soon??
3.) Not set a date on how long he is out for yet if any? dorrans just signed new 4year deal with wba

I like how folk already know how long he is going to be out injured. I`m sure we will all know in due course.

Some sort of swelling according to Wigley, he said they will know more today.

From source at club, only two targets at moment- Sam Boldock (spelling?) and Callum Wilson. Other transfer targets being discussed next week. This is no bull guys watch and see before any negative stuff!
1.) Would be two good signings if true. Both scored some goals in Lg 1 this season. Goal scorers are massively important for next season.

From social media- stating that due to fan backlash fawaz seriously contemplating walking away from forest. This in my opinion would be catastrophic for forest. persons who keep bombarding fawaz with bile and insults, need to shut up and start getting behind team instead of against us!!

You have read far too much into what he actually said. Its just his English. Besides if he did sell the club he wouldn't give it away so whoever came in would have to prove they have the funds to own the club. Who knows we might get someone who can find us a sponsor and a decent manager?
2.) I don't think its right fans giving him abuse but he's making this club a laughing stock the bloke hasn't gota clue how to run a football club he should step back at let someone who knows what there doing to run the club
3.) Personal insults to fawaz on social media is abhorent and those who do it are not true fans. However you cannot blame fans on this site for expressing their concerns on how the club is run and how we are perceived by the public and media. It seems carnage and chaos at the CG and it is upsetting for fans players and staff.ppl have the right to civilly express concerns!!!

So pleased the rumours coming in again about poss signings. I miss reading the posts and rumours. However I do think that this Jan it will be quiet for sp bringing in new players, what's happening with Abdoun? For me if we go for anyone I'd like to see a quality cb in the Michael Dawson mould and a forward capable of poaching the odd goal. Seems odd that 6 months ago we were linked with Harry Kane on loan, even weirder though remember being linked with bale 3 seasons ago. I seem to remember billy not keen on that move ? Anyway it's a new year our last few games the results have been poor but performances improving Hobbs and reidy coming back will be vital. Cohen is our captain marvel just so unlucky with injuries. COYR !!!!!
1.) As SP has stated we will probably find out more after the 3rd round cup matches so players won't be 'cup tied'.

I am disappointed with how things have turned out after a promising start, Cohen was a massive loss for us. I have always had reservations about Pearce but I for one believe fawaz needs to publicly back our manager. I don't think other than hoddle there is anyone I would want. We can ride this out but the players need to grow a pair and get this season back on track. Hobbs is a type of player I would want to start dishing out some rollockings in the dressing room. A couple of loan signings would be good but need starting players not squad players. Come on lads and lasses forget the speculation about sp and let's get behind him like we have done all season, it can only get better, can't it ?
No he's not he's training at Bolton, let them have him, good player in his day but too old now. Need decent cb as Hobbs still out and others don't inspire any confidence in me.
Although I'm not personally a big fan of this money talks and this would only move the club forward and able to compete in overinflated transfer market
Gutted Watford have got Vydra back on loan, he would have fitted in well at cg
