Rumour floating about that Kuwaiti government want to invest in forest like the sound of this one

It could mean stadium name changed,kuwait government on our shirts.and advertising around the ground.but it also means mega bucks for the club.

Investment is key, invest in the clubs infrastructure, invest in the ground more importantly invest in the squad equals better players end result promotion how's that a bad thing?

I read earlier that Fawaz has no intentions of changing the name of the ground. Somebody translated it from an interview he'd given in Kuwait .

You have only started this rumour, because fawaz said that man city are backed by government, but fawaz stated he is going it alone

Anything that's helps my beautiful club move forward I'm all in favour of, if we do not follow the big boys we will get left behind simples move with times and invest invest invest ;)

This would not be a bad thing. When Fawaz first took over it was said if we got to the PL then he would have more backing from Kuwait, maybe this is the start of it to help us get there?We will have to wait and see, but hope it happens.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but surely something along the lines of the Kuwaiti national tourism board would be government backed and no reason that they couldn't invest or sponsor the club which would be indirect government funding?
