What a week for forest fans. We never know for sure the details of what actually goes on inside the club hut from outside it looks in a perilous state. I think if the rumours are true re jj investment its either back to the negotiating table or see ya in court Fawaz.

I would imagine from whatever angle you look fawaz and his kind or not good to do business with, hus track record is poor. Moores maybe trying to steal the club but fawaz us between a rock and a hard place. Removing PM makes sense, tho a shame, so either a plan is afoot or he is having a fire sale.

I still don't think bashing fawaz will acheive anything positive. As fans we remain powerless all we can do is continue to support voice your opinion and hang on. But its vital to the name of forest we hang on in their.

Get behind the players, for if we go down the club need us hugely in our future and right now. We need to show future manager and future players that we are great supporters!

Why sack pm when you still got to pay him . Wouldn't been better keeping him On till things are sorted out ?

2.) 15 Jan 2017 16:10:36
Well said rudders

3.) 15 Jan 2017 16:14:22
Only by removing FAH completely will Forest become a real football club again.

4.) 15 Jan 2017 16:23:16
we are greatley supported world wide we do not want our great club destoyed hang on in there guys ( true supporters)

5.) 15 Jan 2017 18:39:19
Poor Montanier has been managing with his hands tied. He's not been a master tactician but when selection choice is so limited you have to make the best of what you have.

6.) 15 Jan 2017 20:24:14
You are right bsered as I said in yesterdays post why should anyone buy the club unless its outright. I'll bet Fawaz would not buy it this way

Living up north i use the internet to keep in touch and through facebook get the feed of the team arriving at the away venue.
When the bus doors open and their is always a good bunch of expectant supporters who have travelled long distances to greet their heroes.
Well yesterday Eric was the first off with huge headphones stapped on his thick head, mancienne too, Benny was the first not wearing headphones to stop and meet fans like he always does. This modern phenomina of pig ignorance is shamefull. I understand players getting focused for a big match but shutting out the world and shunning fans for the comfort of your moronic hip hop is a disgrace and a reflection of lack of control and respect for and from the management. Maybe its just me?

rutland red1

1.) 17 Dec 2017 09:04:18
It is a disgrace,your right.

2.) 17 Dec 2017 09:30:50
Perks you can rest assured they are not listening to the motivational poetry of Ruddyard kippling!!!! But all fans want them to hear the good luck and play well messages but to block this out to me sends the wrong kind of message to your loyal customers!!!!

3.) 17 Dec 2017 09:46:46
There seems to be a complete lack of team ethos across professional football as the individual ego takes precedent over the team.

It's little wonder they are not aware of things going on around them both on and off the pitch?

Given the way our team drifts around the pitch Warbo would be better off making them all wear headsets on the pitch and telling them where to stand and what to do? The future of live playstation football?

4.) 17 Dec 2017 10:10:01
Redinexile i have gone onto other teams arrival at grounds, particularly top champ teams. Very few players wearing headsets and derby arriving at leeds a few years back us quite the opposite. Surely coming off the bus pumped up greeting fans and showing unity would be a reflection of who we are where we are and together we stand!!!!

5.) 17 Dec 2017 11:31:27
Must be part of MW work in progress pmsl

6.) 17 Dec 2017 11:56:25
Rutland your getting old and grumpy mate.
Young people walk down the street in every part of the world with mobile phone headsets on oblivious to What s going on around them most of the time.
The world has changed and footballers are no different,They are young very rich kids at the end of the day

7.) 17 Dec 2017 12:39:41
Yes FF79 and it's about time these young rich kids showed some respect to loyal fans, who have travelled a long way spending hard earned cash to watch them. Its too easy to just accept things and not say anything anymore when this is obviously not right

8.) 17 Dec 2017 12:45:04
Does that make it right. In these days of lack of social grace then a good example should be set by footballers. They look like spoilt brats, aloof to the people that support them. They have yet to make it big so should show a bit more humility. I may sound grumpy to you ff79 but to me it smacks of arrogance and youth money are no excuse. Benny is young and ralented but he is aware of his influence on kids.

9.) 17 Dec 2017 14:30:45
Tell you one thing guys. if WE played for Forest we certainly wouldn't be going about like Princess Leia!!!Just wish 'The Force" was with us!!!😂😂😂

10.) 17 Dec 2017 22:51:41
Rutland were you ever young?
Never arrogant though?
The world's a different place from when we grew up,as a granddad my grandkids will grow up far differently from me or my kids,it's just evolution, but you'll probably say " it was better in my day".

I just wish the forest players were more arrogant in their ability, it'd get more results.
Headphones? And getting off the bus ? Really,?

16 Dec 2017 17:39:33
Its easy to be negative regarding warburton. No cummings on the bench nor real attacking force with mckay sat on said bench. Can we afforx to have velios doing nothing? Taking up a squad place?
Velios is 6'4" has a nice touch and can score at this level. I know i said i would not mention him againbit the manager is paid to manage players and situations. When a 34 year old toils and you need anothwr target man bjt he is nowhere to be seen then that is down to mismanagement. Having a squad ful of youth is great in a winning season but not managjng a draw is down to us being stereotyped easy to read and crap at the back. Personally I would not trust Warburton to bring in quality in the Jan window.

1.) 16 Dec 2017 18:03:46
Murphy needs a partner. He's been anonymous in the last few games on his own. He'd be ok playing against our defense but no good against the majority in this league with his lack of pace.
Talking of anonymous. Tyler Walker was a total passenger today you wouldn't even have known he was in the team during the first half.
Whatever Warburton said at half time it seemed to liven us up a bit. Maybe he should use his halftime speech at the start of games.
Can't help think he missed a trick though replacing Carayol with Brereton. Surely McKay would have been a better option even if it meant a change in formation.

2.) 16 Dec 2017 18:58:12
Why does ward get no game time. He is a terrior and has a never say die attitude. Warbo is weird!!!!

3.) 16 Dec 2017 21:38:01
That's the problem for me with Murphy, his partner and kids are living in Ireland while he's on his own here.
Like him as a player, but knowing his family situation,I wouldn't have signed him, can't see it working at all.
If your home life isn't right,it's going to affect your work.

Watched the last 25 mins of the reading cardiff match lastnight. 0-2 down cardiff kept on banging on the door. Theur football tho robust was a delight. They had inch perfect passes through the chanmels around the width of the box off to perfection. Both teams played the ball out from the back but the difference to us was that they carried the ball forward immeduately then put a positve pass deeper into midfield. It was great to watch little hoodball even as things were getting desperate. Warnock got sent off fir rightly contesting a dreadful ref decision lol. But credit to both teams as Reading hit the post from a header right on the final whistle. Btw when omar boggle went off cardiff held it better in the last third.

1.) 12 Dec 2017 17:40:00
I do think we take too long getting the ball forward, but how long have both Warnock and Stam been at their clubs?

2.) 12 Dec 2017 19:08:07
Warnock been at Cardiff only 5 months longer than Warburton been with us.
Hardly an age is it?

3.) 12 Dec 2017 19:14:54
Red Fred

My information must be wrong then.

I thought Warnock was at Cardiff last season for about 40 games.

04 Dec 2017 17:17:40
Fore those who think we are progressing. Ipswich second goal. Zonal marking, ball sails over our central defenders and a dozy leftback gets done daydreaming. Even the first was parried straight back at the attackers as we slept.
The one where mancienne fell over was a classic of where was the left back and joe worralmade no attempt to go towards mancs or our keeper. Schoolboy defending. Thecother goal well they just directly cut us appart. Frustrating.

1.) 04 Dec 2017 18:59:31
If Warburton knew what he was doing then yes I’d say he’s doing ok. but he isn’t!
He should of addressed the defence etc prior to the beginning of the season but he brought in midfield players and that shambles called Darikwa.
Rutland you’re correct frustrating to say the least.

2.) 04 Dec 2017 19:55:52
If you knew what you were talking about. I’d say you were right, but you don’t.

I think you should change your name to Fawaz’s banker, then with the use of Cockney rhyming slang your comments would be more in context.

3.) 04 Dec 2017 20:24:24
Wishey goal from cardiff came from set piece simple easily won header to an advancing cardiff player eaey header into net. P@$s poor sorry.

4.) 04 Dec 2017 21:26:58
FawazBB you are of doom monger of false news!

Warbo made bids for defenders in the summer but unfortunately got gazumped by amongst others that buster of banks and football clubs Harry Faznapp!

The defence and key positions will be sorted in Jan and we will end up mid table but at least we will be well on the way to being solvent.

So please stop spinning utter nonsense?

5.) 04 Dec 2017 22:29:48
Never was a truer word spoken red
His trusty side kick will probably reply to you, with the same repetitive post he uses 10 times every day.
Play it again Sam?
Thought your earlier poetic post was first class.
Get ready for the backlash,

03 Dec 2017 11:06:14
I think 2 words sum us up under mark warburton. Fragile and unconvincing.
We are still too easy undone at the back horribly exposed by a lack of tenacity in midfield. I do not agree with it being a work in progress as we so easy to play agajnst, predictable in our turgid advance from the depths of our own half. Its almost like the players are confused and restrained. Just my thoughts.

rutland red1

1.) 03 Dec 2017 11:21:48
As I've said before RR the manager has this built in dogma that the only way to play is pass it out from the back. Therefore we play this way for the sake of it not for any purpose. The players don't look comfortable playing that way and at championship level it is very easy for average teams to stop you playing causing frustration and mistakes. Will it improve who knows but I do think the manager will still be there at end of season. However with his very limited track recotd

2.) 03 Dec 2017 13:12:25
Yep and when teams start pressing us we need to be more direct to stop us giving the ball away when the players panic.

Ginger you do not say why ward is frozen out. Velios frozen out mckay not utilised, cummings not playing. Ward is one hell of a player pace and guts. You can say what you like but warburton is no motivator, poor squad management and clueless in defence organisation. Please watch the Bristol goals particularly the first. Formation retreating no tackle just an invitation to shoot. Rest my case.

Ward is getting the cold shoulder treatment now so it seems. Warburton seems to have his click of yes men. Ward is the sort of player we need on the pitch. He is buzy pacey gets stuck in and can score a goal. Murphy is like an overladen bus pulling away from a bustop but plays every week. Mckay gets subbed in strange circumstances and does not figure when circumstances are made for him. Cummjngs has not been given a proper chance i his best position. Cohen and velios are taking up vital squad positions. Harsh words re Chris you might think but did anyone notice last game of season he pulled up injured near the end. Time on his playing should have been halted and rewarded with development coaching at the club. So can warburton manage situations and players? Not really so the origanal poster has a point. Look at Burnley under Dyche a manager who most ln here did not want a few years ago. He sets his side up simply and firstly hard to beat. thoughts???

Systems??? So a system is a rigid way of doing things and you stick to the system. Ah that's where we are going wrong. Not sticking to the system. Footbal is a fluid ever changing ebb and flow. You can have a formation thst you set out with that you can change due to circumstances but a system does not allow for change. Fact. Systems are things that people get bogged down in fact. We need personelle who are good at their job, can adapt to an evolving situation and be able to embrace change. Do you think that warnock gets his players bogged down with systems? No his players get stuck in wind up the opposition, makecthem make mistakes and they fight to the end. Thatscwhy clough and velios are out won't stick to the system. Think about it.

Wishey people have opinions and if they express them on here they get shot down by the likes of you and ff79. You defend warburton to the hilt but 12 defeats and no draws says something you chose to ignore. Its just a feeling that folk who travel to the games see the same mistakes week in week out by the same players and manager. Its looking forward that worries most they do not see warburton as the man. EG he invested big money in a 34 yr old when he had velios who was just as good. So can warburton manage players????

Jamie ward in midfield simples. He gets stuck in and has pace. Again warburton has given him no gametime. Weird. Leeds let bridcutt go for good reason. Cohen hobbs were always a doubt but not backed up with alternatives. Mancienne weak and no skipper. Velios shunned no back up. In warbs we trust???
