According to @dtguardian ( writer of I believe in miracles) and the Greek journalist, our owner has turned away a Canadian investor who wanted to buy the club but 100% bringing in their own people and latterly Red Bull who wanted sole control.

Clinging on to power for his own self esteem at our expense. He is a disgrace spending his fathers money for his own self gratification.

The sooner he goes, maybe with fans protesting the better.

What I can't understand is why poor Nigel Doughty faced such hostility and this imbecile escapes?!

I always felt that fawaz was always trying his best, just inexperience showing through.

Unfortunately, his tenure needs to end.

Pm needs time, and to stop his rotations.

To move forward we need change of owners.

Sorry state of affairs.

Well Red Bull would be a good fit. Time we all voted with our feet?

You cannot sell 80% of sweet FA if the fans could ever get their act together as they provide the revenue for the interest to the Bank of Al Hasawi.

Montanier needs to go as well. Sorry guys but he is out of his depth in the Championship.

Should have appointed Warnock start of the season.

So you would all be happy with a name change, stadium name change, kit change (colours) , and a logo change? wiping all our history out just for a marketing project?
This is what red bull did with Leipzig. if your all happy with that then no wonder this club is how it is. sounds like your all just as bad as fawaz and in it for the money.

uptheforest - for too long forest have lived in the past, holding on desperately to achievements achieved decades ago. I don't care if they paint the CG pink, I just want the club to be able to move forward. Ever since Fawaz has been at the helm we've been static and that's never going to change until we have a change in direction. Have you heard the expression, you keep putting the same **** in, you'll keep getting the same **** out.

Whoever gets to finally take over, which is the only way Forest will ever actually improve, what we don't want is FAH as Chairman etc. He wants to hang on to some kid of glory if we do succeed. Maybe the only way for this to happen properly then is for us to be relegated. I'd accept that if we could be sure he went.

Totally agree uptheforest. Shame supporters trust isn't bigger we could offer a small stake in partnership with a big money investor.

So you would be happy for us to change our name colours and logo and let red bull use us as a marketing project? i want my club to have its name and history still intact. that's just my opinion. i don't live in the past but I like that we have once done something. if we was a derby they may change but for us it would split the fans.

Never ever change our badge! That would be sacrilegious!

Rogie Red

The badge has been changed once already, under Cloughs reign.

I thought the badge changed just before cloughie but I could be wrong (I usually am) - but back then the badge didn't mean as much as it does know, we played in red and that was about it, I agree with rig, the badge can never be changed- it's too good to change anyway.

Red bull did all this to SSV Markranstädt (rb Leipzig) the club they have turned into the most hated club in Germany. would you really like two bulls either side of the forest badge? seems like most are just more bothered about the money side of things.

Red Bull Leipzig just bought a decent player apparently, must have a few bob.

As the old song goes "We hate Nottingham Forest" Oh happy days being hated for winning!

Get real we either go the Red Bull route to get the financial leverage to have a club that is competitive or we vote with our feet to break the current business model and reform using the same model as The Green Bay Packers who are 100% fan owned and have a structure that enables them to generate sustainable financial success on and off the field.

I am very disappointed with the progress/ communication from the Supporters Trust who need to set their stall out to attract every Forest Fan to join worldwide if they really want to have a say?

Following the Leicester model with only 400 members is just going to be ignored.

LCST only gets invited to meetings as they helped broker the deal out of administration but by and large have no say.

19.) 04 Oct 2016
04 Oct 2016 18:32:45
We don't have enough fans to be owned by them.

20.) 04 Oct 2016
04 Oct 2016 19:02:48
If we were the owners of the club there would a managerial sacking every week, even in international breaks.

21.) 05 Oct 2016
05 Oct 2016 12:02:05
Ginger kid it's not all about the money. yes they have money but have become the most hated club in Germany for the way they have got round financing the club. that will more than likely fail in this country as they now know that they got round the rules.
If your happy with changing our name badge and colours to suit there marketing project then that's your opinion. i would not be supporting this change.
