Apparantly 80% share.

Please please please let Pavarotti buy in at the side of Coco. 80% would be wonderful and would mean a football owner with experience gets to pick the next manager.

No wonder Fawaz doesn't know who the manager is yet. lol.

Pavarotti is dead.

could be good deal for forest. We can then get first pick on there players. just like Watford did when there owner took over.

Well Evangelis does apparently have a degree in Business Admin and international relations and experience of running a successful club. Fawaz means well, but think even he knows he needs this. Can't be worse than Fawaz surely. Big summer of changes if it happens, as ever some we will like and some we won't.

I suspect our two clubs will swap players when it suits for financial reasons, and to get poorly performing highly paid players back in the shop window.

Wouldn't surprise me if we bought players on Olmypiakos behalf and loaned them out, paying the wages through Nottingham forest to avoid tax.

The taxes in Greece are Crazy high. 80% or something. lol

To put this into context.

this is what Ronaldo is paid and what the club have top pay in tax to be able to clear the wages he commands.

Salary: £200,000 a week

Top rate tax: 52%

Salary after tax: £96,000 a week

Reports suggest Ronaldo is on £280,000 a week - AFTER tax, meaning his gross salary is upwards of £600,000-a-week.

Now we see a great reason to invest in a failing provincial club.
Millions of pounds of aggregated savings.

Just don't get too excited of we see reports of Forest signing £20 million pound players that never play for the club.

Marinakis will have to pass a Football League owners and directors' test, before the deal can go ahead.

If he passes we may need a test for the test. lol.

Wonder what Fawaz will feel like when everyone's chanting Mario Mario Mario and he's sat in the back of the stand holding his coat tails?

Can't see him lasting two minutes once someone serious enters the boardroom?

Change can't come quickly enough.

This all makes sense about Evans being our next manager
We need a manager who knows how to fix contracts so we pay less tax, How about we get Billys brother in law back as a investment advisor as well.

This Guy to be majority share holder but Fawaz to remain as chairman is the story I read so why so many saying bye bye Fawaz?

My pleasure.

Here's a good one.

It costs PSG 40 odd million a season in tax alone to get Ibrahimovich £11 million in take home pay. lol

Apart from the signing savings I talked of earlier it could also happen that a player from Olymipakos who is on top money over there comes here to play when he's injured.

No point paying for a player to sit on the bench. Theoretically could be loaned to us in the very next window and could walk on the pitch for 20 mins feign injury and sit on our bench costing a ton less money for the Greek.

Just a thought.
