MGW got his goal but doesn't look fully fit and needs to realize tricking your opponent can go wrong not in your own half young man. Good strong defense was backed up by a midfield that opened the game up and always threatened on the break. Apart from half hour after we scored we look so good going forward Jota Silva always a nuisance around the box. Great game great result great position in Nuno we trust.

Just watching ManC v Liverpool, Liverpool should be 3 up the city defense is all over the place. mid field feels detached. Don't look anywhere near champions they were last year, hope they play like that against us.

Just watched it Cyprus. Tactical error by Pep, 3 at the back, exposed by pace especially Salah first half. Might be a lesson there for Nuno, play Elanga and Jota with long balls from the back from Murillo.
Also they seemed vulnerable height wise. can Dilyt could have had a couple from corners, one hit the post and he put a free header wide. Wood, Murillo and Milenkovic take note.
Also Man City seemed all over the place against a high vigorous press. But we have to do that for 90 minutes and not piece meal or half heartedly otherwise they’ll be through us like ?through a goose.
Pep changed it to a back 4 second half with Lewis holding in front of them which made them more solid. They don’t look the dude they were last season and Peps body language told a tale.
However let’s keep it in perspective. They could afford to have De Bruyne, Doku and Grealish on the bench. They start firm favourites and I’d be over the moon with a draw. In Nuno we trust. But we need to be perfect on Wednesday to get anything mate.

City look a very average side at the moment. I think we've got a decent chance to get something Wednesday night. If will be a tough game regardless of the side they put out but they are on a wobble and if we can do to City what we did to the Scousers then I fancy our chances.

We ain't getting clip clip or Pep so the regular moaners will still criticise big M. We are being held to ransom by a bankrupt council who will spend the windfall and the next council will have lost the regular income. Somehow the so called fans have never been happy with any of our chairmen. Difficult times for fans coming up don't always lay the blame on the club so long as we don't move to Milton Keynes things are looking better for us.

Even if you are self employed you have lots of bosses no manager gets carte blanche which is why even National managers pick the same team as their predecessor. Murillo didn't have his best game today but still did some great defending. JWP made mistakes but if he didn't grab the ball it was a goal scoring opportunity for Jackson. Love it when pundits lose it when supposed to be unbiased that's how good we were yesterday. Let's not start a witch hunt to decide who to throw under the bus.
