Good morning guys.
My first post since last season although I've read a lot.
The sceptics from last season are still sceptical, the positives are still positive, the intelligent are still intelligent (or they try to be), the daft buggers are still daft ( Hello Stellaboy) so not much has changed on here.
On the field, of course, is entirely different and I can't say I'm enjoying it at the moment.
You all know I love my non league matches, I've seen eight so far and going to another this afternoon and I will say I've enjoyed everything about them.
Real value for money.
The two Forest home league games have left me wondering why I'm still going. Forest red runs in my veins, but I find myself getting bored with what's on offer.
What's with this three at the back dollox?
Wide-open again and again and so easy to play against. Our wingers weren't the greatest but I'd much rather watch us play with CHO and OH going at the opposition fullbacks.
I hope it all clicks into place because it has to click into place and quickly. It's going to be another very difficult non entertaining season if it doesn't.

I agree with you, Gazzi. I'd said I wasn't getting a season ticket this season, but come the end I felt positive and as entertained as we had been for a long time under VP - thus relented and purchased.
Haven't been yet and don't have any ambition to either. Daft decision getting shot of VP, evaluating someone's suitability should be greater than whether they've just won a trophy or not - how did that end last season? Let's hope VP doesn't get another job and remains available to come and rescue us again when EM calls time on this silly liaison with Glasner.

Stevie, some people just don't have a positive ion in their bodies, unfortunately.
Chicken Licken was more positive than most posters on here (and he kept pronouncing the sky was falling in). :)
It's way too early for a real prediction either way, and some just aren't interested in giving anything a chance, but that's a fault with them, not Nottingham Forest.

Tongue in cheek, Stevie was just seeing if I could cajole Skegg for a nibble. He's not playing though... I do foresee another tough season for Forest though. I also think, if we survive this latest spate of self induced turmoil, we'll have a few stable seasons with OG. I reckon it's going to be a very tough season for us though.
