Nothing like it matey. 12st 4 lbs and still run6sub min kilometres. Skiing in Austria in March also. We ex footballers have to keep it up ?.

Rhr that’s nearly a 10 minute mile mate I should think you can, ?when I was a lad we used to walk quicker than that with a full bergen and kit on a marathon yomp for miles on end,
