john percy saying Michael mancienne to sign for us. Think this will be a good bit of business.

6.) I personally think he is going to play defensive midfielder and then cover for full backs or central defenders.
7.) As I hark back to the Clough days, Brian would always build from the back, good goalie and a good defence. Then we need a spine and we are good to go. Who knows what is happening in the background but we have to trust that SP is working to a plan, he will not advertise that plan so have faith.

this has come a bit out of nowhere and now it's apparent that it will be confirmed later today
9.) Yes we are after defenders bit of a crisis at the back still. A very good signing, will be extra cover as the season progresses and inuries subside.
10.) SP wanted him from the off, really rates him played bundles of England u-21 games when SP was in charge. He can also play in midfield I believe. More signings to come aswell. So looking forward to this season kicking off.
11.) Actually this deal was first reported to be in discussion on this site back in May. So hats off to the person that said it.

14.) I think you will find that he will play CB at the start of the season. Then move to RB as the long term replacement (as injuries subside). Additionally he will provide cover for DM

Didn't realise the girls in the ticket office are sorting our transfers out. Maybe they're to blame for darlow and lascelles going. Not fawaz after all.

Wheres the piazon rumour from? Can't see it myself going to be one of the next superstars and could probably join any lower premier club.

We will all still call it the city ground. Don't see why people would be bothered. If it means a lot of money coming in then crack on. People think fawaz can just pump money into the club but he can't. Ffp prevents that and we need ways around it.

Think they will be decent signings. Give us some depth. Some of our fans will only be happy when we sign players for stupid amounts. Then we will get done over by ffp and then they'll be happy again because they will have another thing to moan about.
