Just seen the following on a rumours site
PNE's Simon Grayson is putting the finishing touches together for a loan deal for Striker Matt Derbyshire from Nottingham Forest.
Derbyshire is available on a free in the summer and club owner Trevor Hemmings will make money available for Grayson to sign Derbyshire and another player on a loan deal until the end of the season.

I have nothing against MD but if BD is willing to let him go you would assume he has a replacement lined up.
2.) We've just got Miller and Tudgay back. I know there's a lot of rumours about those two leaving again, but Billy might keep keep hold of one of them if its a better deal to get rid of Derbyshire.

3.) You can tell Miller doesn't get on with the players. When Paterson came off on the weekend he was congratulated by all the subs / staff except Miller.
Derbyshire will make a good signing for somebody. Feel sorry for him really as he was part of a bad regime - wasn't his fault.

Rumour has it that Ishmael Miller has flown to Algarve to finalise contract arrangements and, if these are successful, he will be a late addition to Boro's pre season squad.
1.) Doubt it, I think Billy will want to have a good look at him first. Decent finish by him the other day too.
2.) Forest squad are in the Algarve.
3.) If true, need to wrap him up in cotton wool. Would hate for him to hurt himself checking in
4.) Billy will want to give miller a chance and hw will have told him you start with a clean sheet. Billy will monitor miller and make a disission after a few months. However if a good offer came in who knows.
5.) Shrewd move by Billy to put them in the shop window against Hibs.
6.) Never fails to make me laugh how people KNOW what billy's got planned for players. Take this for example, rumour states miller off, reply states NO HE ISN'T unless good offer comes in. How does the repsonder know how good the alleged offer is. What you've essentially said makes you sound immature and self righteous despite the fact you KNOW less than most. It's people like you that ensure life will never be equitable for all. Please, ed, any chance of editing people like this to ensure this great site remains. PS I love opinions but hate when people represent theirs as fact
7.) The Forest squad are not in the algarve, they are home now.
8.) Never fails to make me laugh when people respond to a post in that manner? and when ed's asked to edit or restrict posts. Its a great site for good info, dodgy rumours, good rumours and basically a bit of a laugh. Was the post a joke?
9.) Miller has been on the Algarve with the Forest squad for the past few days, so it's unlikely he has "just flown out to sign for Middlesboro".

What about a new partnership of Pearce and Brazil
Reid for Dof and a Hart for the academy
Fawas could then sit back and enjoy the ride with all his fans and supporters

1.) If Pearce comes in, he believes in young players, therefore I'd suggest Brazil goes back to the academy so they can work together to bring young players into the first team. Clearly Brazil believes in the young players, so maybe it's a perfect working team to bring people through the system. BC always blooded young players, I imagine SP is of the same mould.

Rutland was only giving his Opinion regarding Mills, which this site is all about opinions, Mills has a problem because he was replaced by Pearce and I believe Rutland was correct in saying this was a personal attack on Pearce. Do not feel Rutland deserved your backlash

Garry Birtles was surrounded by quality players hence the service he received was second to non
