We got to the last 4 for only the fourth time ever. The other three managers who achieved that got knighted.

Beating Mexico with ten men took a lot out of the team, in my view.

They looked good for 60 minutes.

Thereafter, they looked out on their feet.

If we had held on, we would more than likely have got a good hiding from Spain anyway, who are a well-oiled machine, as shown last night.
