Doesn’t really matter in the context of our win yesterday, but 2 of Taylor’s decisions had me scratching my head….
Yellow card rather than red for the Chelsea defender who grabbed Taiwo's shirt leading to the penalty. Last man, surely stopping a goal-scoring opportunity?
Their penalty, I thought Abbott got his head to the ball first before the two clattered into each other? By the way, no mention of Abbott going off, just the Chelsea lad on the stretcher, but that’s by the by.


I watched it on TV. I’d be interested to hear comments from anyone but especially those who were there on both incidents?

Agree, Taylor isn't great, but overall I feel we've had a much fairer and balanced standard of officiating of late. Maybe it always was, but it didn't feel it at times. Perhaps we see what we want to see.
