I'll add to that I have lost all respect for him and his achievements by the way he engineered his own sacking
I'd have still respected him if he had resigned because of his differences of how he wanted the club run, he knew full well how the club runs when he signed a new contract and when Dyche signed his he knows that to, you are the coach, nothing else.
