We are in danger of ending our season in mid table mediocrity
Because we have a manager who is poor in his team selections, his negativity, his subs, and his game management.
It's he alone who makes all the above decisions.
I have to say he does confuse me with his tactics .
Today 3-1 up and I kept seeing our right back up front .
Then being out of position to do his job . and that is to defend
Dias should never have been brought into this game . poor decision.
Karanka won't get much more time particularly because of the money he was given. so he needs to get a grip quickly or it will be all change at the city ground. again.

23 million spent.5 points better off than last season
17 players in and how many are regulars and good enough to be regulars?
Maybe 5 or 6 . the rest are not good enough .
So will Marinakis trust him with more money in Jan?
A managers role is to select his team and then manage the team and the game.
We can't win every game that's for sure but the manager is judged by the decisions he makes.
I believe he makes too many poor decisions in game
We have surrendered 15 points from winning positions this season
Not good enough in my opinion
If he is prepared to admit his mistakes then we can improve
If he doesn't he has only himself to blame when the big axe falls.

When are the management at our club going to realise that you can't keep changing players every game and still achieve consistency on the pitch.
I tire of it.
We play Grabben at wigan then play long high balls to him.
This week we play Murphy and don't get any crosses into the box.
Soudani as a number 10 . really?
The Portuguese contingent are clearly not on championship pace yet, but are preferred over Lolley and Osborne.
It's about time Karanka decided on his best 11 and stick to it.

Carvalho is a good player. Dias and Goncalves tend to go missing in parts of matches and tire after an hour or so. I don't think krankie knows his best 11 yet that's why the team selection is inconsistent.

Aitor definitely does not know his best 11 and with making so many changes he never will. Having brought in the players He Wanted, having Trained most of them and having all of the pre season ith Most of them he should have decided on the spine of the team then make the rest of the team from what he has seen, then only tweek the team by two players at most except for injuries and suspensions off course. It seems he has a list of all his players and goes Ennie Meenie Miney Mo with the list for every game, appalling.

On yesterdays showing soudani looked poor. Never close enough to murphy and was all over the shop. He is better than that and needs to be higher up the pitch with supporting midfielders getting in behind. But make no mistake these imported lads are very naive to the rigours of this league. They ain't no Ruben Neves.

Yes Soudani at number 10 or anywhere across the front line but he is not a target man!
The new full backs were played which stopped conceding from dead balls and back post crosses. so we are getting there.

Just witnessed another 90 minutes of utter garbage at the city ground.
A couple of points to raise.
Danny Fox is a poor left back.
Dowell and Osborne should have been subbed at half time.
Our midfield is always 15yrds behind our lobe striker.
Finally our manager gives no instru tion or enthusiasm to the team from the technical area.
Guys we are in big trouble again
Gary Brazil had passion in his team
And we got 2 great results under him
Now we look devoid of confidence and direction.
This manager is responsible for team selection so it's down to him
Time is running out.

Personally i am sad anotber manager has had to be sacked due to poor results
But this is a results business and Warburtons record and performances this season have not been good.
If you want an experienced manager at this level that can work well without a lot of money . Nigel Clough.
He has done wonders at this level with nothing
For me he is the only true candidate
Hurry up and get him appointed.

Has anyone thought at the club that if we sell Brit we will have to pay Peterboro a shed load of money as a sell on clause is in his contract.
So why don't we do a deal with him to stay. and use the sell on money to pay him.
If he scores more goals this season . his stock value continues to rise.
so business wise we can't lose .

I for one am saddened that another manager has gone but equally I do not want to be relegated to league 1.
Warburtons results were just not good enough and whilst I expect people to disagree . better a change now while we have a chance to regroup and deploy a new football strategy

Well here's mine.

Our youth players road to the 1st team now blocked as we have a ridiculously massive squad.
A manager who does not know his best starting 11.
Are we really saying as a team we have progressed at all in the last few years ??
In my opinion we haven't.
We stand 15th in the league today.
I am all in favour of progresion no matter how small...but I just don't see a clear plan going forward .
This league is tough but money alone won't get us promotion
A good team structure and some consistency in team selection will

I agree we are losing about 15 million a year and i also agree that as with any club, books have to be balanced. BUT we have an owner who has absolutely destroyed our club from within. he has no idea of running a club
He has wasted so much of the money he put in on stupid managerial contracts. he has sanctioned Big wages for average players ! He has also not allowed anyone else to help him run the business side of the club . He has removed good and loyal staff . He has not paid bills on time He has put local businesses to the sword by not paying on time. He has made the club a laughing stock by not paying other clubs on time for players
This man has been on an ego trip at the loyal fans expense When he leaves our once great club i hope that whoever comes in starts to understand that without us fans there will be no Nottingham Forest. I am fed up with so called mega rich owners who treat Clubs like a new toy, when they get fed up with it they lose interest and want to throw it away. Our club is not a toy its an Institution and should be treated with respect. This man has failed the supporters on so many fronts.
