I know it is annoying that Luton got the better of Forest last night but everyone knows that there are no games where it can be said because a team beat another that therefore that team will beat Forest.

Coventry and Wycombe both have beaten teams recently that league positions would suggest that was not possible.

Forest recently played Swansea and inspite of losing Forest were the better team, at the time Swansea had the best defence in the league.

The term Forest have had it is understandable to feel down when Forest lose but if Forest can lift themselves for the next games against teams like they did against Swansea then they might have more luck than they did against Swansea.

It's such a fine line between winning and losing. When you analyse last nights game the difference could be pinpointed to Murray putting his chance over the bar and the Luton lad being on target with very similar chances. If the roles had been reversed we would have won. Despite the poor second half performance winning or losing is that tight in most games.

Seems to be a pattern of Forest lifting themselves against the in form/ quality sides and not performing when expected to win easily. Could this be because:

1 Be live on Sky?
2 Catch the eye of a new employer maybe?
3 Have mates to impress in those teams?
4 Have no genuine motivation for the club
5 Push their transfer value up?
Who knows? Any other reason?
By the way. If Joe Lolley wasn't tackled during the match, he would be back to top form!

I think we’ll always play better away from home, we are set up for away games,

Syred teams do come back from going down, in fact Luton came back from being two goals down recently.

It is not so cut and dry that had Forest scored first they would have won.

Forest were one nil up against Derby but they then drew level, Derby lost four nil last night but Forest could only get one and could nit defend that slim lead even though the manager bringing on a defender for a midfielder.

So i disagree with Forest would wo had they scored first.

Maybe play taylor 1st see how he progresses through the game. Then murray. But for me being honest. I think the coaching needs stepping up. I know i keep going on about it but Taylor needs to just poach more. As been said knockaert been putting some decent crosses in. Murray great holds the ball up well. and any other day would have scored. Seen passback warming up. Can see him maybe the next game. What a miss yates is.

How many times was Grabban subbed, and did not start even though the manager knew he was injured as well as not scoring much.
