Info coming in from various sources saying we have lodged a bid for Josh Maja of around 4.5million euros (I thinks that's about £4 million pounds) . I think this is the kind of signing we need. He was great at Sunderland from what I've seen of him. Hopefully he signs.

Another pile of dung and waste of money in my opinion, 9 in 45 for Bordeaux, 3 in 15 for Fulham, not good enough and we need better, you want your midfielders to be converting at that rate, not your forward. Tripe!

Don't think we've got 20 million to spend and 30k plus per week. That's what a top striker would cost. Championship clubs can't afford top strikers anymore unless you've got parachute payments. You have to gamble on leases players and hope.

Perko, if there was a striker out there who can bag 20+ each season we'd have a couple of problems. 1) he'd cost upward of 20m. 2) there would be another 23 clubs in the queue to sign him too.

I remember laughing when we sold grant holt he then went and scored 20 plus goals in the premier league wait for a player to arrive before judging imo.

Fff79, we need both. If we can get a few of these promising young players through the door, give them to another manager who knows how to play to their strengths. I agree, under Hughton, they will be stiffled and made to look poor.
