Where does this information come from, I have never heard of this "bond". Surely Leicester would not have agreed to the loan if there was going to be a problem.

The Hamer loan is down as a done deal on slysports. If there was a fee surely it would of been sorted before the deal was finalised.

all loans have to put up a bond for a loan player in case he gets injured (which we are allowed to pay under ffp)
