Pereira has left according to many credible reports!
But .
Glasner sounds like he's on his way to replace him.
Cracking business if true.

In what way is it a cracking business, SY? It just tells me our Glorious Leader hasn't learnt his lesson, mate...

Because we get a manager who will be backed long term. This screams long term appointment. As much as our owner is a loose cannon with his firing, this is an appointment that shows serious intent.
Glasner is a proven manager, plays a good style of football, and has ambition to win.
This will be a fantastic appointment. I have no doubts about it.
As much as I like VP and feel sorry for him, you can't pass up an opportunity to get OG; he's a much better manager.

Fair enough, but "long term" I have serious doubts about at our club. Hope I'm wrong, mate. I've been urging "Stability, stability and stability" for a long time now, and then Mr M pulls a stunt like this.

I agree, you can't trust what the big man will do. I just think this will be a good fit and will work out. Really do hope that's the case anyway!

Mr. M hasn't backed any manager long term at any of his clubs.

Very true, but if it's true, and he's going to be getting £13 million a season, then that, for me anyway, is a telling factor that this is a long-term appointment. Can't see Mr M wanting to pay off somebody on that wage.

Long term? Marinakis?
Be nice t see it, but no evidence that is how the Big M works.
