All you guys who are telling Warburton to change or ?
He won't so forget it.
He wants to play a certain way,the same as Chelsea,the Manchester clubs,Barcelona,real Madrid, playing from the back and keeping possession, it takes time,Pep is only just getting it right at city as Jose at Utd and they have endless buying power.
He's not naive or anything else,He's just dealing with the cards he's been dealt,
If you think he's not and you know better,then your saying you want him out end of.
He's not going to change his philosophy and nor should he.
So back him,or he will be gone and the merry go round will start again and we take another step backwards.
I really can't believe some want him gone after so few games,unbelievable,.

Unfortunately it's the way some fans and some owners think now, actually it's not just some its the majority. I used to love talking football with absolutely anybody- now I end up just shaking my head most of the time, the games been ruined by money,tv and ridiculous expectations.

MW is being naive if he thinks he can play an expansive game and survive with the current squad, most of whom he has signed?

Happy to back him but he is on course for a squeeky bum finish again this year which I doubt will go down too well in the boardroom unless he adapts and gets the best out of his pack by being a little more pragmatic?

Other than Dear Graham I do not think too many are calling for the managers head but we can all see the obvious flaws in the game plan?

We are not being greedy or unrealistic. Yes football has gone mad and has been ruined by money. But warbo won't listen, its his way or the highway. football is a simple game spoiled by fools. Clough bought defenders to defend and attackers to attack. A managers job is to buy and pick a team, nkt tell them how to play. Even bob paisley when asked by a top player how did he want him to play was met with a turse " you are the player " . Warbo was not a good footballer and has flaws, many. He is not learning or developing. You can happy clap all you like and we are all behind the club hoping and praying for warbo to show us signs that it will get better. I post positive and negative as this is a platform for open discussion!!!!

Mouriniho never played football and Wenger hardly a player,good players don't very often make good managers,look at Robson and Zola for example?
Of course he has flaws,that's why he's managing us and not Chelsea,if he had no flaws that's where he'd be.
Just got to keep the faith and let him sort it out,he will be very aware of his fate if he doesn't
