I was at the game Saturday does anyone else feel like I do that assombalonga was rubbish; no pace, no aggression, no desire. he looked overweight and ineffective. no where the player he was before, or is it me? wouldn't mind any opinions.

Agreed but as a lone striker its not his best position. Also Bristol were a big outfit in terms of size and he was always going to lose out in a tussle, but his lack of pace is alarming.

Assombalonga is lucky to be playing at all. We were set up on Saturday to be hard to beat. We created no clear cut chances and were never likely to, given the team we put out. Good to see Britt stay on the pitch for 90 minutes, but we do not know how his knee reacted.

In his short time with us Britt has scored goals few other player would score, few of which relied on his pace. He is bigger than before his injury, but create chances for him and he will put them away. Bendtner almost put him in, but he was living off scraps.

As I said recently he looked a little out of it and struggled for pace and height, but it's early days out from his injury. If we can use Lichaj and Pinnilos more on the wings to get some centres in things might improve for him, but without a fellow striker he looks very isolated.

When has Assombalonga ever had pace? He wasn't overly quick before his injury. Britt is a great finisher, a poacher. This side creates nothing. No crosses, no through balls, nothing. I actually feel sorry for him in games.

I feel sorry for us and him that yet another key player for us and a steal at the time will probably, because of injuries never be the same player again.
