Why do people keep saying all the Burke money has gone that means forest are losing 3.25 million a month no way would anyone try and takeover that we would be in administration by now with our youth players and free transfers our wage bill must be so low now.

Because in Business it is called balancing the books. We were loosing 15 million a year FAH sold Burke, Patterson, and De Vreis for about the same amount So that meant He didn't have to put his hand in his pocket again this year.

Are these same people who thought it was OK for him to keep putting 15 million a year from his own pocket. Common sense told us all that it could not carry on or ever. Even ND got to the point where he said enough was enough after doing it for 10 years.

It all comes back round full circle to the fans living in the past. the fans want success and they want it now, they also wanted big signings that carry big wages. untill these fans get with the real world and realise that we are a mid table championship club that can't afford to pay silly wages then we may move on.

It's in fawaz's pocket or balancing the clubs accounts one of the two. Many skeletons in the cupboard when the owners browsed the accounts I tell you! Forest WILL be in administration if this takeover or any other does not go through as fawaz will hand it over. Forest ARE losing thousands a month, a week, a day and the administrators will see our accounts and out us in to liquidation. Fact.

Utf no one is asking but wages we should use acadamy and buy soul not money from lower leagues. Works tried and tested. Keep foreigners to a limit only buy ones with class like PINILLOS jokic, oliveira etc.

There was one way for us to stop losing money and it was promotion but ONE man is responsible for that not happening in the last 4years because he thought he could run the club single handed. As regards losing money on a championship club that's what happens, you buy one knowing this but you buy one because you can as a hobby, if you want to make money I, m afraid history shows football is not the place for you! I am afraid this is modern day values where if you can't afford it go out and have it on credit and worry about paying for it at a later stage. I like the rest of you would love to see Forest back in the big time, but as every year goes by I see the finances in the Premier league get way beyond our reach. Players wages go up and up ad the quality of players we have gets worse. Player power is stronger now than ever before if they don't like a manager they don't play to his instructions and in the end He gets the sack, they are on god contracts and their jobs are safe.

I agree we are losing about 15 million a year and i also agree that as with any club, books have to be balanced. BUT we have an owner who has absolutely destroyed our club from within. he has no idea of running a club
He has wasted so much of the money he put in on stupid managerial contracts. he has sanctioned Big wages for average players ! He has also not allowed anyone else to help him run the business side of the club . He has removed good and loyal staff . He has not paid bills on time He has put local businesses to the sword by not paying on time. He has made the club a laughing stock by not paying other clubs on time for players
This man has been on an ego trip at the loyal fans expense When he leaves our once great club i hope that whoever comes in starts to understand that without us fans there will be no Nottingham Forest. I am fed up with so called mega rich owners who treat Clubs like a new toy, when they get fed up with it they lose interest and want to throw it away. Our club is not a toy its an Institution and should be treated with respect. This man has failed the supporters on so many fronts.

This man is a lot more astute than people give him credit for. He got the club on the cheap with a promise to pay up if we got promotion, He then borrowed money from His family to run the club ( but only loaned it to the club ) So if it all went Tips up then He would get the money back, He thought He was going to cash in to the Greek but the FA were not interested in letting him own an English club. He has done this for four years without it costing Him a penny in personal terms. If this takeover goes through He will get 54 mill back and the rest is a loan to Nottingham Forest and will have to be paid back over a period. So it will have cost him nothing. We were just a toy to play with and if it had gone to plan and we had got promoted He would have sold out for a profit .
