My choice Nathan Jones / Paul Hart. Currently doing a great job at Luton.
They would know all about the hidden gems in league I and 2. Which let's be honest, is where we will be shopping for the forseeable future.
Jones is young and looks like a very active passionate manager plus Paul would be perfect for liasing with our U23 coaches.
I don't suppose everyone will agree with me but my choice non the less.

Not a bad shout, as you say doing well at Luton.

The only trouble is a lot of fans want a manager with Championship experience, so you will get a lot of posters telling you otherwise.

A manager does not have to have experience, though it must help, they just need to know what they are doing.

I like that call or Graham Alexander who has done Fest jobs with Fleetwood and now Scunthorpe and is young and hungry. I would love to see us go get a young manager who has been doing well in lower leagues and ready for challenge but I imagine we will get foreign manager or championship journey man.

A young manager and experienced DOF or similar. Paul Hart could do that role for sure. I am hearing a lot about Paco Herrera who has been solid in Spain with several clubs but I worry about how much he knows about England and the championship!
