britt has really surprised me since joining forest. sometimes he looks like he isn't in the game and not involved in the build up but somehow always pops up with the end product, he has the knowhow of a veteran goal poacher at such a young age and can go without touching the ball for 30 mins and then pops up with a piece of magic, very impressed but definitely needs fryatt alongside him up front to get the best out of him. you could tell how much he appreciated fryatt's hard work to set up that first goal and its good to see a quality partenship building

I have said in previous postings that Britt needs more service. He is playing up front, he will be out of a game for 30 minutes if nobody is passing the ball to him. Someone was moaning to me that his goal was only a tap in. We have had strikers missing tap ins for years, he does not miss them.

If he scores another 20 goals this season and they're all tap ins, I'll be a happy man. Sign of a great striker

What is really exciting is that Britt has scored a number of great goals for Posh, not really done that yet (apart from Derby) so think there is more to look forward to

Totally agree. He's on the pitch to score goals. That's what he's doing. In terms of goals that weren't tap ins, he had a lot to do when he scored against Derby so he's clearly capable of more than poaching. So far he's doing his job and doing it well.

Tap ins are Brits favourite type of finish. By his own admission he says tap ins means you got to the ball before defender or keeper and that pi sses them off and unsettles them.

Who cares if there tap ins or 30 yard screamers.Taps never did Gary Lineker any harm in his time,a goal is a goal.
