Takis Lemonis that's right you heard it here first, rumours already circling that he will replace Lamouchi. Has been appointed by Marinkas in the past and has managed 24 years in Geeece. Ok probably just a rumour but to be linked to such a shoddy suggestion shows how far we have fallen. I mean Cafu swapped with Silva yet another defensive midfielder and yet another player, ok maybe just another rumour but it's just beyond ridiculous now. Like I said yesterday I'm seriously on the brink of just giving up on football now not even checking out the rumours and what's going on with the club. I might not go too many matches but buy a lot of merchandise, listen to nearly every game, used to read 3 Sunday papers about the same game and regularly check all the news with the club. Too me being a reds fan used to be such a buzz such a thrill that noise the fans would make during matches whether it be listening or actually being there at the game used to send shivers down my spine. Losing your voice was worth every penny spent but now even last season I found myself not celebrating the goals in the same way apart from playing against the shaggers. Our club is a sad club and I always prayed and hoped it would change believing this season will be our season just willing it to happen, even last night watching the game just hoping to see a performance a result that would change everything. The truth is we are just one of those so called sleeping giants that show such desperation to climb to the top of the mountain that underneath is just a mass of crumbling rock, because for every step we climb we just fall another 10 steps.

A sad read clough and probably how a lot of us long term fans feel. I cannot see it getting better as owning a football club appears to be a rich foreign ambition. Cultural differences and understanding of the british mentality is the problem. Unlike newcastle fans i don't care much for your Arabs and chinese money. Human rights issues mean something and we should be mindful of that. Send me an email i have sonething for you.

The Greeks have said this was a joke and should not be taken as serious. The joke is whenever Olympiakos performed poorly EM brought this fella in and he won the league. So they said as a joke he would rescue us.
