I don’t think a young inexperienced manager such as Gerrard or Viera have any chance of saving Forest, infact it’s frying pan into the fire. Who did Crystal Palace replace Viera with a 70 yr old. We would be better with a Sam A, Harry, or Benitez.

Sacking Vieira worked for palace as they brought in a manger who knows the club and players. Sacking the manager hasn't helped southampton or Leicester.
