I'm hoping our free transfer signing of Schlaget isn't our marquee signing to replace Anderson as he is a similar player to Frueler and we all know how that worked out.

Schlager has played for Glasner before. He's a good free transfer, with top European teams after his signature, so let's not have negatives about signings already.

He's a very good addition to the side, left-footed, breaks up play, and has experience at the highest level (Champions League). He's a no fuss, no frills type. I doubt many here know much about him, and writing him off before he's even played a game is a little ignorant.

A regular for RB Leipzig over the last 4 or 5 seasons, captained them, and won trophies with them. Definitely can't be sniffed at. Good signing imo. ?
