We've gone from being totally hopeless at set pieces to looking like scoring every time. I heard VP saying his coaches had worked on them during the week. About time! Onwards to Thursday, a close game but confident.

Rather than playing it straight in, they seemed to have worked on taking it short. Nice to see them using their brains. ?

We have gone from counter attacking under Nuno, and at times park the bus, to reckless under Ange, not quite sure of what was required under Dyche.

Now we seem to have found the happy medium under VP, with clear, simple instructions.

Great performance. Good coaching, players focused. If only we'd got VP sooner.
