Well, the players (and many of you) got what you wanted, a change of manager.
Murillo wouldn't play left back iuder Dyche (poor guy! ). Shocking if so.
We beat them 3-0 at theirs under Dyche and we are going down in my view. Looked that way for a while . We don't ever look like scoring.
All that said, whomever is in charge faces a near impossible task. Our recruitment was pretty shocking when we got promoted, but this one is even worse. And it meant we had a lack of funds for January recruitment. No money left to buy anyone decent (including a striker or two of note) and thus here we are.
The recruitment and constant turmoil will do for us. And the big man is to blame.

How many more managers must we go through before the stubborn ones on here admit the recruitment was crap? No good. Keep saying we'll see how good they are under a decent boss, lol.
Also, how can four managers not see that Anderson can't take a corner to save his life? Extremely unlucky to lose that game, but if you don't score, you open yourself up to losing.

Said it from the start of the season, edus recruitment has been s***e. Can't wait for him to be shown the door; the sooner, the better.

Agree, Uredddsssss. Awful. Should have gone long ago. I think it doesn't matter who our coach is. It's difficult to get a tune out of some players that just can't do it. If I were the owner, I'd be pissed at wasting a fortune on inadequacy.
I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but if a coach like Nuno doesn't want a player, why does he have to take orders from above? It was his neck on the line, not Edu's. At least let your coach live and die by the sword!!

Yes, Acan, I can't see the point in having a coach if the coach doesn't get a say on the players that he knows will make that team a better one. Anyway, I think Edu's on his way out shortly, thank God. No wonder Arsenal fans were clapping when he went.

The point about Dyche was that he would probably - not guarenteed - keep us up. He knew there was no money in January, even though Edu bizarrely still appears to have done the two loans. I really don't care if a few players felt he ran them too hard. We were seeing broadly good results. Anyhow, it's very difficult for any manager. Perhaps after the VAR today, we will get Clattenberg back in.
It;s all such a mess and I personally feel totally deflated. 23 years is a long time to wait. I realise it isn't over but people need to realise that with the salary bill we have, PSR overhang, and absolutely dross nobody will want, it could be a long time to come back.
Let's hope Jesus or Luca suddenly start scoring, because unless one of them does soon, we will go down.
