Apparently Monk prepared to pay £15M for Britt. That'll make it difficult. I want him to stay but if we turn down realistic offers and then his knee go again. don't forget we have not had him fit for a full season yet. Certainly that amount of money with either Leadbitter or Bamford thrown in would make it very hard to argue it wouldn't be a good deal.

15m plus addons for goals and promotion and with hefty sell on clause, as Britt won't stay at boro. Would be difficult to replace Britt, but we do have options up front! This season is a bit much to expect us challenging for promotion, still need to get rid of some deadwood and get the squad gelling as a team. Hopefully a top half table finish this season would be good achievement this year and focus on a cup run.

I'd take 15m plus add ins and leadbitter for Britt. Go out buy rhoades or Chris wood from Leeds.
Then centre back. Let's face it we need a central defender

So ch is a must. And another left back because troare misses a lot games. Should of kept pinnilis best left back we've had for ages.

Wouldn't want rhoads at any price, can't hold a ball uo front to save his life, Wednesday bought him to get promotion hardly scored and got dropped, most overated striker out there.

We have not put an asking price on Britt as we do not want to sell him!

£15m is terrible business in the current climate for a top striker with a 1 in 2 scoring record yet to reach his prime.

Not interested in swaps or old boys as there is no one that is going to play in the Championship who is better than a now fit Britt?
