Pre season game - Nottingham Forest vs York City @ Bootham Crescent on Wednesday, July 30 (7. 30pm)

These pre season friendly aren't looking good to be hones, t York FC and Ilkeston FC. Really? that's all we can get?

Gutted! I live in York and don't get a chance to get to many games, on my hols on that day.

I don't see why people are worrying who we are playing pre season there's always some easy games for confidence boosting and besides let's face it pre season games don't really mean anything as it's all about experimenting with your squad so either team can win! We could play Barcelona and it'd still be no different in terms of value as both teams have new managers so May experiment to find what's best! Barca experiment could go awfully wrong and we win and then when we play York we could get it completely wrong and get battered! At the end of the day as long as we are sorted and ready for next season I'm not bothered of pre season results or games, lose them all if we end up winning the league!

Maybe playing some of these lower side could be a ploy to have a look at a young player or 2 aswell as get some fitness into the players legs? No one will be moaning if we pick up a pato from 1 of these teams for the sake of a training sesion
