On the Beeb web site that JJM group want answers on what's delaying the take over. Say's they were ready for it to happen on 22nd December, I hope Fawaz is not playing games here and putting the deal at risk. Said it already today but COME ON FAWAZ, GET IT DONE!

The Yanks on the west coast have only just got their day going and meanwhile our Fawaz will be getting ready to tuck up in his tent. Early afternoon tomorrow is when the Fat Lady will sing or tweet!

So why in gods name do they want the idiot as a 20% shareholder. It makes no sense and its worse that jj moores have to go through the media looking for answers. Fawaz is dangerous.

Because it is a good retention payment to withhold on the deal if any worms come out the woodwork after the deal is done. 4 years of financial mismanagement is bound to lead to claims post deal which will come out of the Fawaz pocket not the club going forward. HMRC will no doubt review their files and come up with something that can just be passed onto the Fawaz account. Given the past it's a very sensible way to structure a deal as it gives the club a £10m buffer against Fawazism claims.

It seems some people have a job reading or understanding, Fawaz has always stated he was looking for investment and wanted to sell 80% of his ownership of Forest, it's his decision not the Americans it seems they are ok with this, maybe a full buyout later.
