Yes if I was going t ake a multi million pound purchase ad was ready to complete the purchsde in December I'd be happy how it's going too and that e are playing nuggets and the players are making their own decisions on the pitch why Moan oh and we are nearly half way through January with a carp squad that needs strengthening

Having done five significant acquisitions it can take a while and no matter how deep you dig a few nasty ghosts emerge a few months down the line. In this case the books and accounts will probably have been very hard to unravel with lots of things hidden by some creative accounting - Not definitely just probably. Every day it's likely JJm team have found another risk or potential liability that the current owners representatives have been asked to explain. If the goings on at the club have been as bad as we are told the time frame is probably quite realistic. Very unnerving as it is we just have to keep hoping because it's the only by hope we have

Why are people speculating on things they know nothing about and trying to to be the the clubs accountants. no players can be sold while negoiatinons to sell the club are in progress and stating the transfer fees for the players that have been sold should offset losses is ludicrous, the club losses money every season and fees we receive just mean the owner does not have to put more money in, I am no fan of Fawaz and for me it all went wrong after a excellent performance against Leeds with a side that was put together just before the season started he sacked O'Driscoll.

Fox was did an adequate job at CB, but largely stank the place out wherever he played at LB.
Genuinely worried that Fox is deemed worthy of a contract extension. Also worried that the new signings haven't really improved us.
We, re relying on Britts goals and Montaniers managerial quality as things sit.

An extension of a year is a improvement on recent years where they would of gave him 4 years to me a good call and the new signings haven't played a lot of football yet so can't really say whether there good or bad with what match time they've had and I think pato will score as many as assombogola if he gets is chance this season think were looking good for goals this season and the manager is a breath of fresh air looking forward to the season ahead coyr.

Cjay an educated guess would have had us back in the premiership a few years ago - maybe we are due a bit of luck and the educated guess changes to a good team ethic, hard workers supplemented with a few quality players who stay injury free? Fingers crossed here too.

Admittedly I don't know much about the new signings but I'm finding it difficult to get excited by them. Biggest plus for me is the return of Assombalonga, Cohen and hopefully in the next month or 2 Pinillos.

I'm amazed how many people are now saying Fox is worthy of a new contract. Last season he must have been the most criticized player at the club. He's done ok at CB but we have enough players there who are better than him. And let's be honest he is awful at LB and I'd worry if we start a game with him there, so why on earth we'd offer him a contract extension I don't know.

Yes we have a lot of cover at centre back but fox is in PMs plans. We won't have as much shortly as at least one of mills Hobbs or MANCIENNE will leave. MANCIENNE has a year left on contract, that is much more important than Lansbury. With the club needing money I hope they're not tempted to sell MM and opt rather to sell Lansbury who also only has a year left. If MM had longer left on his deal he'd be worth 10/ 12 mil Imo 🌳 Centre backs I expect will be: Hobbs MANCIENNE mills worrall perquis fox. Too many only need 4. If I was PM I'd offer MM a 2 year deal and sell Hobbs or mills. Don't think he fancies mills would not be surprised if he went.

We had not played a game when the Halawsi family bought us the previous season was a calamity, Davies sacked the McLaren fiasco, Cotterel came we looked set for rellegation bottom of league O'driscol came as a coach till the end of season, team transformed and were near top of the inform teams rest of season, finished 5 or 6 from bottom I think.

I did not think it possible but it seems Villa fans are worse than ours. if your post has any truth in it, it beggars belief how they could want to get rid of a man who gets teams promoted and only been in the job weeks since when they have moved up the table.
don't say that it's the football his teams play, unless your one of the top teams in PL you can't afford the skilful flair players and have to do like Stoke, West Brom and get results to keep you in that league, but first you have to get there.
fans in about 10 teams in our league think they should be there, as it is this league next season will do for me. it's the league we were in 65 years ago when went to my first match, Wally Ardron etc, fan did not expect to much then!

I thought you could only sign players on a precontract whose contract was going to expire and if your under a transfer ban no players can be signed at all, sad to say but Scottish players of today are rarely up to the standard they were when every team in the top division had several, us in particular in our heyday

Most of your post is correct, but Mcleary, our best player was offered a contract, no contracts were renewed the season before the end of the Doughty era and several were out of contract Mcleary went for double the contract he was offered and to play in P L, no fee involved.

I used to agree with most of your post as they in the main intelligent observations, but in this case I believe you are wrong as no assets can be sold during a take over, also the comments on here are ridiculous, the fans seem to think they can put a time limit on it, talk of money going into Fawaz back pocket, I'm not defending him but we were in a transfer embargo not long ago because his family was bankrolling us to spend more than allowed!
