on sly news Forest accept 4m offer from Burnley for Lansbury, thought we turned down 4m in January, what the hell is going on behind the scenes, I am sick to death of us selling our players on the cheap, we are a laughing stock .

Is 4m on the cheap? If its about balancing the books can it be helped? Until I win a few million on the lottery I can't and won't tell fawaz what he should or shouldn't do with his money or business. We are all quick enough to say he should drop prices for tickets or merchandise but how many of us offer to pay a bit over the top to help cover his losses. Would you be prepared to make a similar loss financial wise to fawaz? Unless we could do a fan buyout or we are lucky enough to find someone else willing to throw more £'s at what seems to be a poisoned chalice we have to hope fawaz is learning how to operate in this country and he will turn it round?? I'm not sure if he can do it or not but we do need to continue to support the team or the situation will only get worse.

Agree with the above.fans only want is out the embargo so he can spend more of his money yet moan that spending too much has out us in the embargo.banging head against the wall!

If a player wants to go all the club can do is get as much money as possible for them. No point keeping a moody player. 4 mill is a good price for a talented but very inconsistent player. Hope this Dutch midfielder being banded around is consistent though. Fawaz deserves a bit of a break I'm sure he isn't solely responsible for directly paying bills, players, ffp, loans etc. otherwise he would be the busiest man ever. Fallen foul of poop or bust over the last few years. Just need to be sensible with the money to get out of ffp.

£4m is good business. Not only is that £3m profit for a player I don't think is worth £4m, but we also get one of the hefty contracts off the wage bill. On top of that why keep a player that wants to go and is not happy.coincidently comes at a time Reidy is coming back, and if you listen to the rumours around the club Lansbury won't play with Reidy since Reidy was caught with his mrs!!

They did play last year together for about one game.its funny because that rumour came out about two years ago and they have played about 4 times together.
I like the lad but at 4million you can't say no,especially if he wants to leave.
