What could possibly take 2 days to discuss?

Q1. We are a great club and Nottingham is full of fun!
Q2. Do you want to join us as we only have one injury prone experienced keeper.
Q3.We can only pay you £11.5k per week max under FFP.
Q4. Yes or No
Q5. Sign here or Goodbye

I thought Martha was long gone so what's the problem?

1978, Gareth Bale couldn't speak a word of Spanish, but when they offered him 150k+ a week I'm sure he would of signed a piece of used bog roll!

His English is perfect, sign up or ship out if you are even thinking of signing for a shabby little seaside town on the south coast!

1. Ever thought that Martha was never the problem, it was just easy to use him as scapegoat.

2. Ever thought that PEOPLE may wish to take more than 20 minutes to make a decision, which will impact YEARS of THEIR LIFE.

We are talking about multi million pound business deals and real people's livelihoods. Two days doesn't seem ridiculous!

Tricky1972 I understand your point from the players point of view, but as far as for a chairman, or owner dragging their heels once a player has made their mind up it would not fill a player with confidence. If a manager feels a player suits his system, and a player fits into a costing the club is willing to go to, why drag your heels.
