QPR have tabled a bid for Jamaal Lascelles according to ssn reporter Sean Taylor. From twitter.

1.) 02 Jul 2014
Apparently it is £4m

2.) 02 Jul 2014
£5 million the rumoured bid

3.) 02 Jul 2014
They are also after Rio Ferdinand, Caulker & Bryson from Sheepland!
So hopefully Jamaall won't be guatanteed regular football at QPR & will stay with the Mighty Reds!

4.) 02 Jul 2014
Jog on Harry

5.) 02 Jul 2014
Think it would be a really bad move for him if he goes should be to a big club Woth far more than 5 million as well

6.) 02 Jul 2014
How much is a good deal for this hot prospect? and who to buy if we did sell?

7.) 02 Jul 2014
I believe he wasn't at training today either, the only other players missing from the first team were Djebbour and Abdoun.

8.) 02 Jul 2014
Pretty sure Lascelles was photo'd at training today. Forest have said will be making no comment regards the rumoured bid

{Ed034's Note - he was training yes

9.) 02 Jul 2014
Fernandez would have to sell his F1 team to fund a move for mighty Jamal! Oh wait he just has

10.) 02 Jul 2014
Was hobbs and vaughan training

11.) 02 Jul 2014
Why would we accept 5 mil we rejected that amount before he made a first team appearance (I know it was with Addons but still same amount) and he has only proved his quality and is getting better can't see it happening

12.) 02 Jul 2014
I mentioned several months that he was going to be leaving!

13.) 02 Jul 2014
Would be a huge mistake to sell him. With all the uncertainty around Hobbs and wilsons fitness we need lascelles otherwise we're relying on the likes on Collins again

{Ed034's Note - if we sell him, the we will replace him.

14.) 02 Jul 2014
We all knew this was on the cards but really think if we are going to sell it should be for way more than the 4m, rejected that already from arsenal before he was a first team player. Hope he stays for at least another season and puts a few more 0's on his price tag. Don't think QPR would be a good move either, one of the bigger PL teams and that would be a different story.

15.) 02 Jul 2014
Hands off!

16.) 02 Jul 2014
He's worth at least 10m after last season.

{Ed034's Note - £5m is a fair offer. I think if it gets to over £6m, we will consider it

17.) 02 Jul 2014
It would obviously be disappointing to lose a player that's come up through our academy but football is a business and with FFP any additional money coming in is useful.5m with a load of add-on clauses if he makes it big seems like a fair offer.

He is like most players, he wants to play at the highest level so if he wants to go and the offer meets the estimation of the club then it will happen. I would like an up and coming player like him to stay but you need a squad of players that want to be there. If he stays I will support him as usual and if he goes fair play to the lad. Either way we will continue to build a winning squad. Looking forward to a new season

{Ed034's Note - if he stats then great, if he diesbr we get good money and invest

19.) 02 Jul 2014
I think Jamal would be more likely to got to one of the smaller prem outfits than a top eight if he were gauranteed more starts, But I don't think we have anything to worry about as 4mil is way below his value espeically as he has over 4 years left on his contract.

20.) 02 Jul 2014
Why sell a player just to replace him? May as well not sell him in the first place.

{Ed034's Note - he asks to leave or because of the money we can get for him would be far more than what it would be to replace. It's what happens every single season in football

21.) 02 Jul 2014
If we can get 6m for him from qpr with add on's if they sell him which if he fulfills his potential, then qpr sell him to big club, were in the money again, so good club to go to for us.

22.) 02 Jul 2014
I really hope he stays. It will be impossible to find a better replacement with the same potential for the same amount of cash. Keep him at all costs I say. Same goes for darlow and Lansbury, these players are the future of our club.

23.) 03 Jul 2014
If we get offered 5 mil or more I think it will be accepted. With Hobbs Wilson Laing Collins and Halford on the books it's a position we have options in. Personally think in today's crazy market we should be looking for a bit more than 4 million

24.) 03 Jul 2014
My first choice back four would be:

LB: Cohen
CB: Wilson
CB: Hobbs
RB: Lichaj

I know injuries can happen but £6mill+ with add ons and i'd sell.

SP has stated in the past his admiration for a 3-5-2 formation with two in the midfield being wing backs that can go forward as well as track back.
My prediction is wilson, hobbs, lascelles as the back 3.
Lascelles is going to be a big part player for us and we won't even contemplate selling him unless a ridiculous offer came in, don't forget he recently signed a 4 year contract last season, 4m will never be enough money, if anything I find that offer insulting and laughable.

Leicester got promoted last season because they kept all their best players. So for the fans that would condone us selling our prized assets need to get some ambition, although football is a business in some ways, your business will never grow, and never expand if you sell off all your prized assets.

{Ed034's Note - i hope not

Seen lascelles yesterday in Derby with mason bennet. Didn't know about this rumour at the time. Would've asked him.
