One keeper nobody mentioned was Tommy Wright, came in didn't play much for a couple years then got some games before leaving. Went to White Hart Lane and watched him play a blinder. Never seen a keeper make so many saves, Sheringham and Iverson could have played another 90 minutes and wouldn't have scored. I mean most of these were top drawer saves, we won 1 0, Saunders 15 mins and the Forest faithful shouting " Tommy Wright Wright Wright " to the tune Arsenal fans shouted Ian Wright Wright Wright ". Brilliant day and even spurs fans stood and applauded his efforts after the game, fantastic memories.

He had a good run as Manager at St Johnstone and was linked with the Manager's job at Forest not long back.

Decent enough keeper in his day but struggled with injury/ fitness and was often a second choice gk wherever he went.

I met Tommy wright several times over business and I have to say he was one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. Great keeper too.

Lets add Ramsdale or Johnstone to our list of great keepers to secure our defence for the future, we need a confident reliable inspirational man at the back to push us on. You know it makes sense Rodney.
