I looked at the league table this morning, and noticed that the 2 teams directly above us, hardly any better off than us were managed by our old friends karanka, and warburton, it set me thinking, of all the many managers we've sacked, can anyone think of one that's gone on to do a cracking job elsewhere? I can't, it seems to me our problem are not caused by sacking managers, but by employing ones not up to the job in the 1st place, totally opposite to what I was thinking Saturday night, any thoughts anyone?

Barren yeah but they sacked him after abon18 months, I’m talking about someone who’s really proven us badly wrong.

No manager seems to have come in and stamped themselves with a new philosophy and ideas. It seems that the club or its owners just think that they will be a success because we are a club with 2 stars so they don’t want to rock the boat and shake the whole setup. We have never gone for a real young manager that has the balls to be radically different. Sometimes our history seems to weigh far too much for a real change?

Anyone that let's the clubs history weigh them down, and allows it to stop them from making the required changes both lack character, and should not be at the club.

Up The Forest.
